Six local isolates were collected from different sources including some samples of the damaged fruits such as grapefruit, oranges and sindi. This study evaluated the extent to which obturation materials bypass fractured endodontic instruments positioned in the middle and apical thirds of severely curved simulated root canals using different obturation techniques.
