The aim of current study is to investigate the immune status of diabetes mellitus type 2. One hundred and seventy five samples of both diabetes mellitus type 2patients and controls which had been tested by ELISA technique to detect anti-Toxoplasma Abs (IgG and IgM). ignorance or others, nor does it include hadiths that the Imam

described as weak.

The number of narrators whom Imam Abu Dawood described as

weak has reached six narrators, and my methodology was to

mention the words of Imam Abu Dawood, then transfer the

sayings of other advanced scholars, as well as the sayings of

Imam Abu Dawood in his other books, if any, to show the extent

of compatibility between these sayings.

        The purified frog skin peptides were tested on leukemic patients lymphocytes, which revealed effects of cytotoxicity. Four frogs (Rana ridibunda) were stimulated by single intra-peritoneal injection of norepinephrine-HCl . Five different peptides;1(18) A, 2(19) L, 3(20) I,4(21) E and 5(22) Y were isolated and quantified. The peptide 3(20)I had 5.87% of hemolysis, while healthy human lymphocytes cytotoxic activity was for 2(19)L with inhibition( -10.4%).All peptides were subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
