The study aims at identifying the reasons of weakness in the reading and writing of the primary schools' pupils at Baghdad governate in Iraq from the educational supervisors' point of view.

The community research contained the educational supervisors of Baghdad governate for the academic year 2011\2012, consisting of a total number of (344), of which (175) were males and (169) were females, where as the sample of the research consisted of (100) educational supervisors.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the role of family upbringing methods in shaping adolescent gender identity disorder, to identify the causes, components, and disorders of the gender identity of adolescents, and to develop practical visions and suggestions to reduce and stop gender identity disorder completely. Due to the sensitivity of the topic, a questionnaire of five open-ended questions was posted on Facebook to collect the needed data, where (20) respondents answered these questions. The researcher took these (20) respondents as the study sample. The goal beyond this Research is to review methods that used to estimate Logistic distribution parameters. An exact estimators method which is the Moment method, compared with other approximate estimators obtained essentially from White approach such as: OLS, Ridge, and Adjusted Ridge as a suggested one to be applied with this distribution. The Results of all those methods are based on Simulation experiment, with different models and variety of  sample sizes. The comparison had been made with respect to two criteria: Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).

   To investigate the research objectives, the researchers put the following hypothesis:

There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group who studied the language of rhetoric according to model of learning method, and the average score of the students of the control group who studied the same article in the traditional way acquiring rhetorical concept.    The researchers relied on the experimental design with the partial setting of the post-test, which depends on the experimental group that is taught using the model of the learning method, and the control group taught using the traditional method.
