Objective: The study objectives are to identify the problems which confront renal transplant recipients
( RTRS).
Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out at two Teaching Hospitals with kidney transplant
centers. Surgical specialties and Al-Karama outpatients,
clinics for ( RTRS) ,and three Teaching
Hospitals; Medical city, Al-Karama and Al-Yermok which were responsible for immunosuppressive
drugs distribution .Starting from October ,1st
2006 to the end of July 2007.To achieve the objectives
of study, a non-probability (purposive) sample of 150 ( RTRS) who were attending to the outpatient
clinic of the above listed hospital were selected according to the criteria of the study sample .
The finalized questionnaire contained (83) items. The content validity of the instrument was
established through penal of (14) experts.
Reliability of the problems scales was determined by test-retest method which was estimated as
average (r=0.76).
Data was gathered by interview technique using the questionnaire format and data was analyzed by
application of descriptive and inferential statistical methods.
Results: The results of the study indicated that the ( RTRS) confront (83 ) problems and affected by
these problems with different severity level, high, moderate, and low.
Recommendation: According to the results of this study, the researcher recommended that the
provision of the necessary post transplant medicines from easy to reach centers.
The aim of this study is to describe the leech species that are used in some of the alternative medicine clinics in Baghdad Province based on morphometric measurements and colouring pattern of the body. A collection of twenty leeches was provided from some clinics. All specimens were identified and described based on standard available keys. The morphometric characteristics and colouring patterns were recorded and the indicated that these leeches were Hirudo orientalis Utevsky & Trontelj, 2005 and H. verbana Carena, 1820.

Morbidity-wise, the shift from radical nephrectomy to partial nephrectomy is the trend for now. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) is considered a standard treatment for nephrolith or kidney stones measuring less than 20 mm. Anatomical, machine-related, and stone factors play pivotal roles in treatment outcomes, the latter being the leading role. Language Teaching & Leaning Problems at the Iraqi university level: Image & Reality
In this paper Hermite interpolation method is used for solving linear and non-linear second order singular multi point boundary value problems with nonlocal condition. The approximate solution is found in the form of a rapidly convergent polynomial. We discuss behavior of the solution in the neighborhood of the singularity point which appears to perform satisfactorily for singular problems. The examples to demonstrate the applicability and efficiency of the method have been given.
In this work, we first construct Hermite wavelets on the interval [0,1) with it’s product, Operational matrix of integration 2^k M×2^k M is derived, and used it for solving nonlinear Variational problems with reduced it to a system of algebric equations and aid of direct method. Finally, some examples are given to illustrate the efficiency and performance of presented method.
