whole it does not rely on a single system in the sizes of the clothing and the working
companies, see that it is not plausible that the sizes be unificd and consistent in all companies.
The current sizes in the domestic Iraqi markets are not suitable for some females ,on the other
hand the Iraqi industry suffers the lack of a modern standard for some Iraqis female bodies.

The study aims to identify the impact of electronic games on increasing the dropout rate among students in the basic stage in Jordan from their teachers’ point of view. The study adopted a descriptive survey method. Its community consisted of all fe(male) teachers of the basic stage in public and private schools, (First Amman, Irbid, and special education in Zarqa and Amman). Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) is one of the important topics in the financial management, it has the impact on the users decisions, it also effect on many other variables i.e dividend, therefore. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011. Kothari et al. 2005 model has been used to measure the FRQ, on the other hand the common stock share of the dividend was used to measure the dividend.

Background: Moral distress, as one of the most important issues in the nursing profession, can negatively affect the healthcare system. Purpose: To examine the effect of moral distress on professional quality work life. Method: A descriptive cross-sectional study a non-probability sampling method used and total sample collected was (126) of ICU nurses. Results: Moral distress, BO, STS, and, CS among ICUs nurses were moderate. Conclusion: Nurses in ICUs suffered from moderate MD which that effected their BO and STS, and the result can be negative effects on quality of care. Although MD did not affect nurses' CS, it is still an important issue that nurses may face in ICUs
