Objective(s): to assess the effectiveness of educational program on improving diabetic foot self-efficacy concerning managing their feet. Methodology: A descriptive analytic (quasi – experimental) design study was carried out at Diabetic and Endocrinology Center in Baghdad- Rusafa Sector from 2nd of May 2017, to27th June 2018. Non-probability sample of (80) male and female diabetic patients were selected. The study instruments consisted of two major parts: first part related to sociodemographic characteristic and the second part is related to diabetic foot self-efficacy. The researcher examined the patients’ self-efficacy by introducing the pre-test then, the teaching program of three lectures was given. one – hour lecture was given. Afterward, the post-test. The data were analyzed by using two statistical approaches: Descriptive and Inferential statistics. Results: The study revealed that the diabetic foot self-efficacy regarding foot self-care was 60.0% (acceptable) for the post-test as opposed to the pre-test which was 37.5% (weak). Recommendation: The study recommended that type 2 diabetic patients should be encouraged to attend specific educational programs and workshops concerning diabetic foot self-care and effect of self-care to improve self-confidence

Background: Myocardial infarction (MI) is distinguished by the necrosis of myocardial cells as a result of substantial and prolonged ischemia. Anxiety, problems sleeping, and feelings of depression are some of the most common psychosocial consequences of having a myocardial infarction. Aim: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of post-myocardial infarction on patients' levels of anxiety, depression, and quality of sleep. Conclusion and results
1. The research concluded through considering the rhetorical visions,
appropriate relationships between utterances with a language derived
from the reality of the social, religious, and, cultural life.

metaphors, and also between its phonetic music and the right artistic
nature and the inanimate rules to take in consideration what Dr. Ahmad

that of the previous generation, but he is still following their orbit, and
their trend method of poem building.
3. The realistic images visionary r
In this paper, compared eight methods for generating the initial value and the impact of these methods to estimate the parameter of a autoregressive model, as was the use of three of the most popular methods to estimate the model and the most commonly used by researchers MLL method, Barg method and the least squares method and that using the method of simulation model first order autoregressive through the design of a number of simulation experiments and the different sizes of the samples.
