Two Prototypes of Transversely Excited at atmospheric pressure (TEA) Nitrogen laser systems (One Stage Blumlein Circuit and Two Stage Blumlein Circuit) were fabricated and operated. High voltage power supply with variable operating voltage (0-20 kv) and operating current (1-3A) was built and tested successfully. The gas flow rate of 15 L/ min and 10 L/ min for OSBC and TSBC was used. The performance of the fabricated systems was studied extensively reaching to the optimum operating conditions. The obtained laser output energy for the first system has linear relationship with the applied voltage. The present study is meant to inquire about the training needs of middle stage leaders in Bisha, (Saudi Arabia) from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.

This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). Many researchers consider Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI) engine mode as a promising alternative to combustion in Spark Ignition and Compression Ignition Engines. The HCCI engine runs on lean mixtures of fuel and air, and the combustion is produced from the fuel autoignition instead of ignited by a spark. This combustion mode was investigated in this paper.
