Aim: to determine the effectiveness of women's self-care instructions on their post cesarean section care in Baghdad
teaching hospital.
Methodology: The present study used quasi-experimental study design in maternity words in Baghdad teaching
hospital. The sample was collected and follow up for the period (15) January 2014 until 15 May 2014 Nonprobability
(purposive sample) of (100) women post cesarean section divided in to two groups (50) women post
cesarean section considered as a study group, and another (50) women post cesarean section considered as the
control one, A questionnaire designed as a tool to collect data fit the purpose of the study a questionnaire include
demographic variables, Reproductive variables, instructions self-care post cesarean Wound care, a pilot study was
carried out to test the reliability, As for reliability of questionnaire has been displayed by a group of experts in
various medical specialties and nursing
.Result: The study presents significant differences in implementation of instructional program for self-care
post cesarean between study and control groups on wound, there is significant differences in washing hand
before & after any procedure, Don't put ointment or cream on the wound, don't raise the dressing to see operation
immediately unless done by medical staff (P=0.000). Also significant differences are found in perineal care &
urinary system post cesarean in washing hand before & after using bathroom, wash perineum area water warm
water contains a antiseptics from front of the pubic bone to the anus, place sanitary pads from front to back to
protect the inner surface from contamination, do not hold on the urine when feel the desire to urinate,
practice kegel exercises 2-3 times per day, Do not have sexual intercourse during the first 6 weeks, preferred to
use the western bathroom (P= 0.000).
Recommendations: The study recommended the possibility of providing an educational overlap of self-care
after a cesarean delivery for all pregnant women attending antenatal care centers, primary health, construction
and application of the overlap of the mothers of the educational process to be holding them in the hospital to
increase their knowledge of self-care after a cesarean section
In this study, the new azo dye,5,5-[1,2-phenylenebis(2,1-biazenediyl)] bis[8-quinolino], was used to synthesize complexes with Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, and Cd2+ ions. This work investigates generating of pure phase Faujasite-type zeolite Y at the ranges chosen for this study via a static aging step in the absence of seeds synthesis. Nano-sized crystals may result when LUDOX AS-40 is used as a silica source for gel composition of range 6 and the crystallization step may be conducted for a period of 4 to 19 hr at 100 ⁰C. Moreover, large-crystals with high crystallinity pure phase Y zeolite can be obtained at hereinabove conditions but when hydrous sodium metasilicate is used as a silica source. The other selected ranges also offer pure phase Y zeolite at the same controlled conditions.

This new azo dye 7-(3-hydroxy-phenylazo)-quinoline-8-ol was subsequently used to prepare a series of complexes with the chlorides of Fe, Co, Zn, Ru, Rh and Cd. The compounds identified by 1H and 13C-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, mass spectroscopy, as well as TGA, DSC, and C.H.N., conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, metal and chlorine content. Kp index correlates with the many magnetosphere properties, which are used to measure the level of magnetic activity. In the solar system, the two different planets, Mercury with weak magnetic field and Jupiter with strong magnetic field, are selected for this study to calculate the planet's magnetosphere radius (RMP) which represents the size of magnetosphere compared with solar activity through Kp index, through two types of geomagnetic conditions; quiet and strong for the period (2016-2018). A fast laser texturing technique has been utilized to produce micro/nano surface textures in Silicon by means of UV femtosecond laser. We have prepared good absorber surface for photovoltaic cells. The textured Silicon surface absorbs the incident light greater than the non-textured surface. The results show a photovoltaic current increase about 21.3% for photovoltaic cell with two-dimensional pattern as compared to the same cell without texturing.
