The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the educational pillars strategy based on Vygotsky's theory in mathematical achievement and information processing of first-grade intermediate students.       This research investigates the type and the significant relationship between roaming management and self-efficacy and its impact on excellence in providing hotel service. To achieve this, the applied approach was adopted through  A questionnaire was designed and developed for the collected data. It has consisted of three parts. The firsts section included nine questions to measure the dimensions of management by roaming. The second section includes nine questions to measure the effectiveness of the two employees. ABSTRACTBackground: In Iraq smoking is a common habit in both the urban and rural areas. There are many respiratory diseases like chronic bronchitis, bronchial carcinoma and emphysema which are related to chronic tobacco smoking.Objectives: To study the effect of tobacco smoking on the respiratory system, to establish a correlation between chronic tobacco smoking and its effects on the parameters which were studied and to create awareness in tobacco smokers about the effects of tobacco on their healthMethod: In this study 100 male subjects, 50 chronic smokers and 50 non- smokers were assessed for their pulmonary function tests by using a computerized spirometer.Results: Almost all their respiratory parameters were significantly reduced.

تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في الصعوبات التي يواجهها طلاب اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في تعلم وإتقان المتلازمات اللفظية. تهدف هذا الدراسة تهدف إلى تحديد أثر استخدام تقنية المسرد الاملائي على معرفة المتلازمات اللفظية لدى الطلاب. ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث والتحقق من فرضياته تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (60) طالبة من كلية اللغة الإنجليزية للسنة الثانية باستخدام كتاب الفهم القرائي المقرر للمستوى الثاني في قسم الل
