The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.

In this article it is proved experimentally that the photon is a particle that has mass and constant wavelength by explaining the effect of refractive index on the wavelength and the natural mass of photon. It is very difficult to measure the mass of photon, a simple and easy process was proposed in this paper to calculate the mass length of photon in vacuum (Y) and in medium (Y*), by measuring the length of laser beam in air (L_air) and in medium (L_med). A new method was postulated to calculate refractive index by using these relations (n = Y*/Y), and (n = L_med / L_air) which supposed a new theory of light.

The researcher adopted Al Hafeez's (2017) scale for suicidal tendencies, it consists of (57) items including six domains, namely: suicidal ideation, social motives for suicide, tendency to self-harm, desire for death, indifference and pessimism about life, willingness to commit suicide. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of cortisol, and it is related to BMI in the chronic diseases which may increase early cardiovascular disease (CVD) in old Iraqi. The subjects were 116 adults, aged 51-71 years. Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumferences (WC) and Waist Hip Ratio (WHR) were used as a measure of adiposity.
