Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the role of spiral Computerized Tomography in the diagnosis and
detection the types of stroke.
Methodology: One hundred sixty two patients (162) (99 males and 63 females) their ages ranging from (13 – 80)
year, all of them are suffering from stroke. They were collected randomly from spiral Computerized Tomography
unit in Baquba Teaching hospital during the period from November / 2010 to December / 2011 .All the patients
were examined clinically and then done spiral Computerized Tomography examination.
Results : The results of this study showed that the stroke effected different age groups and both sex but males is
more affected than the females .The results of spiral Computerized Tomography examination were 97 patient (
59.9 % ) have ischemic stroke and 65 patient ( 40.1 % ) have hemorrhage stroke .
Recommendation: The study recommended that great focusing to do the examination by spiral computerized
tomography if the patients have no contraindications for during examined with it because it has high accuracy
and efficiency in diagnosis of the stroke, also recommended to do an educational programs to improve awareness
of society about the risk factors and early clinical features to help of early diagnosis and management of stroke.
The research aim to the usage educational method for jump shooting and it effect on speed strength in basketball for the specialist students in College Sport of Dayla University, which used the following statistic treatment (The T.test for compatible specimens), so after statistic treatment which appears theres a tow moral differences in speed strength and jump shooting tests results to (legs & arms) for the before and after tests, and after that the conclusions we positive and the second the special drills effect immaterial speed strength to legs and arms, so the tow researches recommended to looking after the best for educational methods that used in our sport colleges in Iraq.

Herbal remedies are used in induction of lactation. In view of that .Borage Officinalis was employed to ensure an abundant milk supply or rectify milk insufficiency .However, this remedy has not been scientifically tested .The animals were treated with the aqueous extract of Borage Officinalis flowers at a daily concentration of 100 mg / kg body weight /ml for each rat through Oro-gastric tube for 14 days. The technique of plant tissue culture has been used to In vitro micropropagation of Spilanthes acmella (L.) Murr. It is an ornamental and medicinal plant not cultivated in Iraq. Seeds were sterilized and cultuared on full strength Murashige and Skoog medium(1962)(MS). Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), 6- furfuryl aminopurine (Kin.) growth regulators were used at the Initiation stage.The combination between IAA and Kin. was used in multiplication stage. IAA was used for rooting the shoots. Results showed that 1.5% sodium hypochlorite for 15 min was very effective for disinfecting and survival.
