This study was designed to be isolate and identify the fungi Aspergillus fumigatus in wild male rabbits in Baghdad city from (Al Kezel and New Baghdad Markets ) . (50) Male wild rabbits were included in this study , the rabbits were randomly selected kept into animals house in college of vet. medicine in Baghdad University . Eight sample were taken from each wild rabbits for fungal examination included (blood , liver , kidney , spleen , lung, intestine , skin scraping and cotton swabs (from mouth & rectum ) the results revealed that 40% of Aspergillus fumigatus isolated from blood and 20%from skin scraping. The present study attempts to identify associations between body weight traits and polymorphisms at 279 position of 5'UTR flanking region of IGF-1 gene in broiler chickens. Three hundred broiler chickens from two breeds (Cobb 500 and Hubbard F-15) were used in this study. A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) at 279 position of 5'UTR region of the IGF-1 gene was identified in 20.6 and 60.3% of Cobb 500 and Hubbard F-15, respectively, using the PCR-RFLP technique. There are natural features that affect the growth of Baqubah city such as Dieyala river, Alssariya river, in addition to agricultural areas .All these natural features affect the growth of Baqubah city in the running form being seen . In this research the remote sensing and geographic information system (GIS) techniques are used for monitoring urban expansion and forecasting the probable axes to the growth of the city, and found that the probability of Baqubah growth to east is preferred due to Baqubah growth to the east would never interfere with natural features.
