Management is considered as most important resource of the society ones in modern era and an exchange
point in societies’ lives in order to achieve its goals and wishes. So far, management behinds the new
electronic society has become different in shape and nature due to the force of the nature of information
technology that shapes the relationships between the world’s individuals at the national level but it goes
beyond the international ones. The study aims at identifying the impact of the electronic management’s
components upon the improvement of the quality of nursing care in Baghdad’s hospitals. The descriptive
design, with a sample-survey approach, is used as appropriate ones for the field study of social phenomena.
So, it presents data about these phenomena and the relations between their reasons, results and analysis to
depict the effective factors in them. The study uses a questionnaire for data collection from the respondents.
It is comprised of (31) items which are distributed on two parts; first, demographic characteristics (8) items
and second, electronic management’s components with a five levels Likert Scale of strongly disagree,
disagree, uncertain, agree, and strongly agree with a rating scale of 1 for strongly disagree, 2 for disagree, 3
for uncertain, 4 for agree, and 5 for strongly agree, respectively. Validity of the questionnaire is determined
through its administration to panel of (10) experts who are specialists to present their judgments about its
content validity. Reliability of the questionnaire is determined through the use reliability coefficients to
achieve its internal consistency. Data are collected through field visits to the hospitals and interviews with
subjects. The setting of the study includes all hospitals in Baghdad City which are (43) hospitals. These
hospitals are distributed on three health directorates as; (8) for Medical City Directorate, (13) for Al-Karkh
Health Directorate, and (22) for Al-Rusafa Health Directorate. The sample is consisted of (43) nurse manager
and (101) head nurse. It is purposive “non-probability” ones and it is selected with respect to the selection
criteria of number of years in nursing and number of years in nursing management for no less than one year.
Data of the study are analyzed through descriptive data analysis approach, cluster analysis and factor
analysis. The study reveals that variables that include age, gender, level of education, place of work, number
of years in nursing, number of years in nursing management, years of experience in electronic management
and the duration of each training session in nursing management have an impact in improving the quality of
nursing management. The findings indicate that electronic planning management plays more effective role in the
future of the electronic management and the quality of operating nursing care. So far, we provide sufficient
answers to all questions and hypotheses that the present study has presented. The study recommends that there
is necessity to prepare and implement specialized programs which are concerned in electronic management for
the preparation of managerial leaders in this field. Being relied on electronic learning curriculum in general and
specifically electronic management in nursing courses with respect to what have been accomplished in developed
nations’ universities. Nursing staff have to be encouraged for enrollment in educational and training sessions as
being relative to electronic management. Reporting, monitoring, evaluation and promotion for participants system
can be initiated. National comprehensive studies that depend on comparison and targeted large number of health
organizations in public and private sectors, and nursing staff for identification of barriers for the implementation
and presentation of the recommendations, solutions, and the appropriate approaches that develop technical,
managerial and leadership aspects. Concern can be presented with regard to training sessions in the field of
electronic management, especially that of electronic planning management.

Very‐high‐resolution electrical resistivity imaging of buried foundations of a Roman villa near Nonnweiler, Germany
...Show More Authors
Abstract
Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) methods have been increasingly used in various shallow depth archaeological prospections in the last few decades. These non‐invasive techniques can save time, costs, and efforts in archaeological prospection and yield detailed images of subsurface anomalies. We present the results of quasi‐three‐dimensional (3D) ERT measurements in an area of a presumed Roman construction, using a dense electrode network of parallel and orthogonal profiles in dipole–dipole configuration. A roll‐along technique has been utilized to cover a large part of the archaeological site with a 25 cm electrode and profile spacing, respectively. We have designed a new field proce
... Improved Method to Correlate and Predict Isothermal VLE Data of Binary Mixtures
...Show More Authors

Accurate predictive tools for VLE calculation are always needed. A new method is introduced for VLE calculation which is very simple to apply with very good results compared with previously used methods. It does not need any physical property except each binary system need tow constants only. Also, this method can be applied to calculate VLE data for any binary system at any polarity or from any group family. But the system binary should not confirm an azeotrope. This new method is expanding in application to cover a range of temperature. This expansion does not need anything except the application of the new proposed form with the system of two constants. This method with its development is applied to 56 binary mixtures with 1120 equili

Regression Modeling of EDM Process for AISI D2 Tool Steel with RSM
...Show More Authors

In this paper, Response Surface Method (RSM) is utilized to carry out an investigation of the impact of input parameters: electrode type (E.T.) [Gr, Cu and CuW], pulse duration of current (Ip), pulse duration on time (Ton), and pulse duration off time (Toff) on the surface finish in EDM operation. To approximate and concentrate the suggested second- order regression model is generally accepted for Surface Roughness Ra, a Central Composite Design (CCD) is utilized for evaluating the model constant coefficients of the input parameters on Surface Roughness (Ra). Examinations were performed on AISI D2 tool steel. The important coefficients are gotten by achieving successfully an Analysis of V

Correlation between serum carnitine level and Soluble Receptors for Advance Glycation End Products(sRAGE) in Clomiphene Citrate Resistant- PCOS Women
...Show More Authors

The most frequently diagnosed condition in women at the age of reproduction is the polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).it could be related to a complex endocrine condition, due to its heterogeneity and uncertainty about its etiology, as the clinical highlights of PCOS incorporate those related to reproductive signs such as decreased frequency of ovulation, irregular menstrual cycles, decreased fertility. Carnitine plays a substantial role in weight loss, glucose tolerance, insulin function and fatty acid metabolism. Thus carnitine plays a crucial role in controlling obesity, insulin resistance, oxidative stress that are associated with PCOS .While, AGEs are a diverse group of reactive molecules that are formed end

An Analysis of Stress Distribution in a Spline Shaft Subjected to Cycilc Impulsive Load
...Show More Authors

In this paper the effect of engagement length, number of teeth, amount of applied load, wave propagation time, number of cycles, and initial crack length on the principal stress distribution, velocity of crack propagation, and cyclic crack growth rate in a spline coupling subjected to cyclic torsional impact have been investigated analytically and experimentally. It was found that the stresses induced due to cyclic impact loading are higher than the stresses induced due to impact loading with high percentage depends on the number of cycles and total loading time. Also increasing the engagement length and the number of teeth reduces the principal stresses (40%) and
(25%) respectively for increasing the engagement length from (0.15 to 0

On Inference of Finite Mixture of Rayleigh Distribution by Gibbs Sampler and Metropolis-Hastings
...Show More Authors

Inferential methods of statistical distributions have reached a high level of interest in recent years. However, in real life, data can follow more than one distribution, and then mixture models must be fitted to such data. One of which is a finite mixture of Rayleigh distribution that is widely used in modelling lifetime data in many fields, such as medicine, agriculture and engineering. In this paper, we proposed a new Bayesian frameworks by assuming conjugate priors for the square of the component parameters. We used this prior distribution in the classical Bayesian, Metropolis-hasting (MH) and Gibbs sampler methods. The performance of these techniques were assessed by conducting data which was generated from two and three-component mixt
