El estudio se clasifica dentro los estudios teóricos sobre literatura que se ocupa del estudio de los métodos de la crítica literaria: El Estructralismo literario francés y el Formalismo ruso del siglo XX que se utilizan en la interpretación literaría. Las dos corrientes literarias estudian la literatura como ciencia que busca aplicar un método científico al estudio de la literatura. Dicho estudio trata de exponer las teorías críticas que surgen en el debate de la interpretación de los textos literarios como el de Susan Sontag, Ricoeur Paul y Mijail Bajitin, etc. Además se incluye algunos ejemplos implican el análisis estructuralista y formalista como Kafka y la tragedia Judía. y Sur Racine.

ABSTRACT:

This study addresses the issue of academic writing in English by comparing pragmatic argumentation in the writing of 40 graduate students studying at Iraqi universities (SSIU) with the writing of 40 graduate students studying at American universities (SSAU). In these 80 theses, six selected aspects of academic writing were analyzed: (a) paragraph structure, (b) length and construction of sentences, (c) organization of information in sentences, (d) vocabulary, (e) topic sentences, and (f) discourse markers. The objective of this study is to evaluate the bacterial count and heavy metal concentration of river water on fish micronuclei. Fish and water samples are carried out in 1 May to 1 June 2013 from Tigris River. A total of fifty three fish sample are studied. The bacteriological quality of water showed that the total viable count is ranged from 150×103 to 352×103 cfu/ml and fecal coliform counts was 1250 cell/100ml during the study period. All the metals (Cu, Hg, Pb, and Zn) are within the normal limit, but Cd was slightly elevated in river water samples. Two simple methods for the determination of eugenol were developed. The first depends on the oxidative coupling of eugenol with p-amino-N,N-dimethylaniline (PADA) in the presence of K3[Fe(CN)6]. A linear regression calibration plot for eugenol was constructed at 600 nm, within a concentration range of 0.25-2.50 μg.mL–1 and a correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.9988. This study aimed to study the inhibition activity of purified bacteriocin produced from the local isolation Lactococcuslactis ssp. lactis against pathogenic bacteria species isolated from clinical samples in some hospitals Baghdad city.
