Objectives: The study objectives are to determine the impact of education program upon the academic nurses'
practice concerning documentation of nursing sheets, and to find out the relationship between nurses knowledge
and their demographic characteristics, which include age, sex, and years of experience in medical and surgical
wards.
Methodology: A quasi- experimental study was carried out at the medical and surgical wards in teaching
hospitals in Sulaimani governorate from the beginning of March up to June 2007٠
To reach the objectives of the study anon-probability (purposive) sample of (25) academic nurses who work in
the medical and surgical wards in teaching hospitals.
The data were collected through the use of constructed questionnaire, which comprised of demographic
information and scientific knowledge concerning nursing documentation which include (19) items.
The reliability of the instrument was determined through test-retest, ([20.86) and the validity through a panel of
14 experts.
The data were analyzed through the application of descriptive statistical analysis and the application of
inferential statistical analysis.
Results: The results of the study indicated that the educational program had appositive impact on the
knowledge of the academic nursestowards documentation of nursing sheets.
Recommendations: Based on the results of the study, the investigator recommended that academic nurses
who are working in the teaching hospitals should be encouraged to participate in educational programs and
present it to the nurses who have minimum level of knowledge in order to improve their level of knowledge,
which improve quality of care in the hospitals.
Furthermore, the study recommended that a specific educational programs should be designed to other nurses in
other nursing specialties.
Concentrations of uranium were measured in this study for twenty soil samples from four areas with different depths (soil surface-20-40-60-80)cm .The study regions include Missan Governorate (Al-Iskan area,Al-Shibbana area ,Hai-Al Moualimin Al Jadied area ,Sector 30 area). The Uranium concentrations in soil samples measured by using fission tracks registration in (CR-39) track detector that caused by the bombardment of (U-283) with thermal neutrons from (241Am-Be) neutron source that has flux neutron thermal of (5 ×103 n cm-2 s-1). The concentrations values were calculated by a comparison with standard samples. This study was conducted for the purpose of exploring the relationship between positive thinking and academic achievement in art history. And it relates to the student’s personality, intelligence, abilities and economic and social level. The sample of the study consisted of (40) male and female students from the first stage students - Department of Art Education in the Faculty of Fine Arts / Morning Study, A positive thinking questionnaire was applied to them, and the study found that there is no positive relationship between positive thinking and academic achievement in art history.

Folic acid and multivitamin tablets containing Aspergillus flavus Penicillia spp. and Cladosporia spores were prepared at a compression pressure of 148 MN/m2 and stored at 35°C under different relative humidifies (75,85, and 95)% within air tight containers, to study the effect of storage condition on them, as well as ,the estimation of the microbial level of the raw materials intended to be used in the two kinds of tablets .
