Objectives: To evaluate health education services at primary health care centers in Kirkuk Governorate.
Methodology: A descriptive (evaluative) study a simple random sample of (384) person is selected through
the use of probability sampling approach. The sample of study is divided into three groups which include (320)
consumers, (32) health educators and (32) organization structure (in the (32) primary health care centers).
They are comprised of three questionnaires and overall items included in these questionnaires are (157) items.
The study included assessment of organization structure, such as work place, material, resources, and
workforce, demographic characteristics of care providers and consumers and activities and duties of providers.
Interviews are conducted with directors of primary health-care centers, consumers and health educators.
Results: The findings of the study indicate that there is over- load of target population on primary health care
centers, poor designed building, program statistical and data reporting system was poor, decrease core
financial support and inadequacy of funding for primary health care centers, there is increased demand and
decreased supply of primary health care health educators and Poor of strategies of training and development
for health educators and poor health education lectures for consumers in primary health-care center .
Recommendations: The study establishment of buildings for primary health care centers according to the
numbers of consumers within the geographical area. A Primary care system must grow and be nourished.
Health educators need to be expanded to meet growing community needs, once in place, must be supported
so it can continue and thrive for program reporting use to project the supply of health educators and support
of strategies of health education for consumers.

In this work, we have examined the spectral response of (p-CuAlSe2/n-Si) detector, (CAS) thin films deposited by thermal evaporation at RT with a thickness (450) nm, and annealing temperature at (473K) for 2 h. Optical transmission measurements displayed reasonably slight transmission besides higher absorbance trendy the visible region, energy gaps were observed by annealing, were found to be direct, and decreased with the effect of annealing. The extreme responsivity value arises at wavelength 459 nm, with improvement value of specific detectivity and quantum efficiency the annealing films be situated originate as greatest suitable aimed at numerous device application.

This research includes theoretical and evaluation design of a polarizer filter of high transmission in the near IR region of (900-1200nm) for different incidence angles to obtain a long wave and short wave pass filter using analytical calculations. Results refer to a new configuration design in fewer layers than used in previous studies in the long wave pass at incidence angles (45o,50o,55o). Adopted Hafnium dioxide (HfO2) and Magnesium fluoride (MgF2) as coating material at design wavelength (933nm), the study also included design short wave pass polarizer by using the same coating material.

A field study aimed to improve administrative performance of the Heads of Departments in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions, a questionnaire constructed was c of 38 items, as have been applied during the academic year 2014/2015 to a group of experts from the deans and assistants, professors and heads of departments using the Delphi method by two rounds the adoption rate of 90% and an agreement was numbered 30 experts and study reached important results have been analyzed and discussed according to fields of study, a planning, organization and direction.

Shiranish has been studied at Hijran section near Erbil city, NE Iraq. Fifty two thin-sections were prepared to study them under polarized microscope, to determine the petrographic component, organic content and digenetic processes. Rock units subdivided into four rock beds, as follows: dolostone, foraminiferal biomicrite, poorly washed biomicrite and micrite. Vertical succession of Shiranish Formation refers to off-shore quite marine environment.
