Objective: To determine the effectiveness of a dietary educational program upon the hypertensive client’s
information.
Methodology: The sample of the study consists of (60) hypertensive clients who attended Al Anbar Health Office –Al
Andalus Health Center during the period of the study from the14th of March 2010 to the 30th of September 2010. The
sample is divided into two groups; study group (30) hypertensive clients who received dietary educational program
and control group (30) hypertensive clients who received a routine care from the center. Three major instruments
were used; these instruments included (1) knowledge test which was applied on both groups pretest and eight weeks
post-test (2) questions to know what they eat in the last 24 hours in the main meals and in between meals (snacks)
which were applied on both groups pretest and eight weeks post-test (3) Body Mass Index measurement was applied
on both groups pre-test and eight weeks post-test.
Results: The results show that there is highly significant difference concerns the decrease of BMI in post- test for
hypertensive clients in the study group than the control group marked improvement in dietary status of the study
group compared to the control group. The results of our study also show that there is a significant difference between
study group and control group in post-test regarding the adequate grain vegetable fruit. Meat, poultry, and fish (MPF)
and Nuts, seeds, and legumes (NSL) intake daily.
Recommendations: The study recommends that all hypertensive clients should be involved in the application of
nutritional educational programme which was developed in this study.

Dexamethasone, according to the findings of the RECOVERY clinical trial, declared mid-June 2020 in print media was one of those therapies. Although the results from retrospective studies are not strongly supportive of corticosteroid routine use in COVID-19 despite the signals for some benefits, the dedicated RECOVERY trial found a significant reduction in death with dexamethasone only in severe cases on a ventilator or moderate cases on supplemental oxygen therapy nevertheless, no benefit observed in mild to moderate cases requiring no oxygen. Many pharmaceutical molecules have solubility problems that until yet consist a hurdle that restricts their use in the pharmaceutical preparations. Lacidipine (LCDP) is a calcium-channel blocker with low aqueous solubility and bioavailability.
Lipid dosage forms are attractive delivery systems for such hydrophobic drug molecules. Nanoemulsion (NE) is one of the popular methods that has been used to solve the solubility problems of many drugs. LCDP was formulated as a NE utilizing triacetin as an oil phase, tween 80 and tween 60 as a surfactant and ethanol as a co-surfactant. Nine formulas were prepared, and different tests performed to ensure the stability of the NEs, such as thermodyna

These problems take extra time to treat and increase the Nonproductive Time (NPT). This paper aims to review the factors that influence the stability of wellbores and know the methods that have been reached to reduce them. Based on a current survey, the factors that affect the stability of the wellbore are far-field stress, rock mechanical properties, natural fractures, pore pressure, wellbore trajectory, drilling fluid chemicals, mobile formations, naturally over-pressured shale collapse, mud weight, temperature, and time. Also, the most suitable ways to reduce well
