This study includes isolation, purification, and identification of Fusarium oxysporum from chili pepper infected plants. Eucalyptus camaldulensis were collected and air dried at room temperature, then ground to semi powdered state. Phenols, alkaloids and terpens were extracted from Eucalyptus camaldulensis. The antifungal activity, type of extracts was evaluated at different concentrations 5 and 10 mg / ml of these compounds were prepared and their antagonistic activity was studied. The Percentage of radial growth inhibition of fungi by plant extracts was measured after 7 day incubation. Results showed that terpens extract was the most active against fungi and alkaloids extract had less antifungal activity and the percentage of mycelia radial growth were 99.55 % – 72.44 % respectively.
Fresh water production from saline or waste water utilizing solar stills is the secured future approach in water industry with low cost and no environmental pollution accompanied with low productivity. In this work, the effect of inserting different available materials in a passive Single Slope Solar SSS stills on their productivity is accomplished. Side by side tests are performed on a conventional still, and three SSS stills inserted with carbon filter media, Copper wire mesh, and Cellulose sheets. The present work aimed to investigate the neuraminidase (nan1) gene expression in 32 different clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to explore the role of the enzyme in different types of infection and might give a better understanding of host cell-pathogens interaction. This experiment was holdup in A-Faris poultry farms from 1st March to 11 of Aprile 2019. (ACTH) hormone infusion was tested in this experiment on acid-base regulation in broiler chickens. For 7 days, osmotic pumps dispensed 8 IU of ACTH in saline/kg of BW/d, or the same volume of saline as in ACTH at 1 l/h. The brake thermal efficiency increased with the increase of diesel fuel rate at low loads, and decreased when load increased. To get sufficient operation in engine fueled with dual fuel, it required sufficient flow rate of diesel fuel, if the engine fueled with insufficient diesel fuel erratic operation with miss fire cycles presented.
Dual-fuel operation at part load showed higher specific fuel consumption than straight diesl operation. At full loads, brake specific fuel consumption of duel fuel engine approaches that for diesel fuel values.
