A survey to show the reality of educational guidance in schools in Baghdad Rusafa 3\ from the point of view of educational guides. It used the analytical descriptive technique. The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of  Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. The research statistics have been analyzed by (SPSS), The questionnaires have been used in the first term in (2017-2018) and the results showed the relationship between the advisor and other teachers, the advisor and students fathers and the local society.  According to the results, the research made some recommendations and suggestions.

   This research presents a comparison of performance between recycled single stage and double stage hydrocyclones in separating water from water/kerosene emulsion. The comparison included several factors such as: inlet flow rate (3,5,7,9, and 11 L/min), water feed concentration (5% and 15% by volume), and split ratio (0.1 and 0.9). The comparison extended to include the recycle operation; once and twice recycles. The results showed that increasing flow rate as well as the split ratio enhancing the separation efficiency for the two modes of operation. Natural dye sensitized solar cell was prepared using strawberry and pomegranate dyes with anatase nanocrystalline titanium dioxide powder. A study of the optical properties of the two dyes, involving the absorption spectrum was determined in the visible region. I-V characteristics under illumination were performed. The results showed that the two prepared dye sensitized solar cells have acceptable values efficiency about (0.94 with Fill factor (45)) and (0.74 with Fill factor (44)) for strawberry and pomegranate dyes, respectively.
