Objective : The study was carried out to construct an initial assessment documentation tool for nursing
recording system in Coronary Care Unit.
Methodology : A descriptive, purposive sample of (65) nurses was selected from CCU of main
teaching hospitals (Al Karama, Al Kindy, Al Kadimia, Al Yarmmok, Baghdad teaching hospital, Ibn
Al Naffis hospital) and Ibn-Al betar hospital in Baghdad city from the 15th of April 2004 to the 15th of
April 2006.
The instrument was constructed and comprised of two sections: section one included the
nurses' demographic characteristic; section two was the initial assessment documentation tool that
contained (2) parts including: General information form and the initial assessment form.

Objectives: The aim of this study to assess instructional labor support behaviors among laboring
women in teaching hospitals in Hilla city.
Methodology: A descriptive analytic study was concluded to select a sample purposely of one hundred
multipara laboring women in maternity hospital in Hilla city and data was collected through

In this paper, a high order extended state observer (HOESO) based a sliding mode control (SMC) is proposed for a flexible joint robot (FJR) system in the presence of time varying external disturbance. A composite controller is integrated the merits of both HOESO and SMC to enhance the tracking performance of FJR system under the time varying and fast lumped disturbance. In this study, the concentration of radium and uranium in the samples radish leaves, radish stalk, onion leaves, onion stalk and garlic fruits were grown in arable soil in the Botanical Garden in the College of Science for women, and garlic in special plates, the soil was taken from the above at the beginning of November 2016 was studied by using CR-39 nuclear track detectors. The radium and uranium concentration varied from 0.023 to 0.052 and from 23.13 to 52.68 Bq/kg with an average value of 0.037 and 37.58 Bq/kg respectively.
