The elastic transverse electron scattering form factors have been studied for the ¹¹Li nucleus using the Two- Frequency Shell Model (TFSM) approach. The single-particle wave functions of harmonic-oscillator (HO) potential are used with two different oscillator parameters b_core and b_halo. According to this model, the core nucleons of ⁹Li nucleus are assumed to move in the model space of spsdpf. The outer halo (2-neutron) in ¹¹Li is assumed to move in the pure 1p_1/2, 1d_5/2, 2s_1/2 orbit. The shell model calculations are carried out for core nucleons using the spsdpf-interaction. The elastic magnetic electron scattering of the stable⁷Li and exotic ¹¹Li nuclei are also investigated through Plane Wave Born Approximation (PWBA). It is found that the difference between the total form factors of unstable isotope (¹¹Li halo) and stable isotope ⁷Li is in magnitude. The measured value of the magnetic moment is also reproduced.

Factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance in software projects

Today the trend is to perform software development work via distributed geographical area among team

individual or even as an organization. However

due to the global market and international presence of many companies

there is a need to implement a global virtual teams. The global virtual team members are gradually engaged in globalized business environments across space

time and organizational boundaries via information and communication technologies. A global virtual team relies on communication

collaboration

and information exchange are the most important criteria in global virtual teams’ operations. The purpose of this paper is to answer two research questions. The first research question is to identify the factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance. A systematic literature review was conducted to answer the first research question. The second research question is on what the rank of the factor affecting the global virtual teams’ performance according to their level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. Online survey was conducted within 103 developers and IT managers from eight IT companies to answer the second research question.
