The Iraqi government seeks to overcome the financial crisis by investing and privatizing some projects to achieve sustainable growth. Most of the investment projects in Iraq suffer from many constraints that greatly impact the success of these projects. A survey of the opinions of a group of experts was conducted to identify the most important constraints facing the investment process in Iraq. Then the experts' answers were arranged in a closed questionnaire and distributed to the research sample for which the statistical analysis was conducted. This research presents a new algorithm for classification the
shadow and water bodies for high-resolution satellite images (4-
meter) of Baghdad city, have been modulated the equations of the
color space components C1-C2-C3. Have been using the color space
component C3 (blue) for discriminating the shadow, and has been

One of the biomedical image problems is the appearance of the bubbles in the slide that could occur when air passes through the slide during the preparation process. These bubbles may complicate the process of analysing the histopathological images. Information hiding strategies have recently gained popularity in a variety of fields. Digital audio, video, and images are increasingly being labelled with distinct but undetectable marks that may contain a hidden copyright notice or serial number, or even directly help to prevent unauthorized duplication. This approach is extended to medical images by hiding secret information in them using the structure of a different file format. The hidden information may be related to the patient. In this paper, a method for hiding secret information in DICOM images is proposed based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT).
