Mixed ligand metal complexes of CrIII, FeIII,II, NiII and CuII have been synthesized using 5-chlorosalicylic acid (5-CSA) as a primary ligand and L-Valine (L-Val) as secondary ligand. In this research, the preparation of bidentate Schiff base was carried out via the condensation reaction of both the salicylaldehyde with 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-amino-5-oxo-pyrazole to form the ligand (L). The mentioned ligand was used to prepare complexes with transition metal ions Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II). Objectives:  The present study aimed to assess the compulsion among health care providers during the pandemic of COVID-19.

Methodology:  a descriptive design was used in the present study.  This study was conducted from October 10th, 2020 through May 20th, 2021.  The study was conducted on a probability (convenient) sample of 248 physicians and nurses who work at Baghdad Teaching hospital in Baghdad city.  The instrument was used in this study is the COVID Stress Scale-Arabic version (CSS).
