PDF Lab-On-a-Chip an integrated microfluidic device sensitive low-Cost, and Rapid with a syringe pump for Analysis of Ibuprofen
...Show More Authors

Abstract: Microfluidic devices present unique advantages for the development of efficient drug assay and screening. The microfluidic platforms might offer a more rapid and cost-effective alternative. Fluids are confined in devices that have a significant dimension on the micrometer scale. Due to this extreme confinement, the volumes used for drug assays are tiny (milliliters to femtoliters).

In this research, a microfluidic chip consists of micro-channels carved on substrate materials built by using Acrylic (Polymethyl Methacrylate, PMMA) chip was designed using a Carbon Dioxide (CO2) laser machine. The CO2 parameters have influence on the width, depth, roughness of the chip. In order to have regular channel surface, and low roughness  the laser power (60 W),  with scanning speed (250 m/s)  for allows us to obtain microchannels with a minimum diameter of width  (450 µm),  depth of the channels was 89.4 µm and( Arithmetic Average Roughness Ra = 2.3), (Relative roughness, Ɛ = 5%) surface roughness with high accuracy and good surface quality.

The functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (F-MWCNTs) was used to enhance the drug signal inorder to detect very tiny Ibuprofen concentration. In this work, laser microfluidic sensor have high accuracy in Ibuprofen detection compared to the traditional method(UV-VIS) spectrophotometer with LOD equal to 0.25  nM, 1000µM respectively.

Aesthetic Presence Hypothesis of the Role Character in the Actor's Theatrical Performance: يــاسين إسماعيل خلـف

The current study monitors the mechanisms of formation of the actor's performance expressive system (voice and motion) and the levels of their construction consistent with the aesthetic premise of the theatrical performance through incorporating what is natural, materialistic (physiological) and artistic and philosophical virtual (aesthetic ), through which the creative actor seeks not to repeat the image and substance of a thing according to its natural life image, in favor of new aesthetic reproduction governed by a group of significant relationships formed according to (artistic and philosophical) characteristics and features that distinguish the artistic accomplishment from its reality(its natural and functional reference). Yacoub Ben Keles, the First of the Fatimid Ministers ( 368-380 A.H. / 978-990 A.D. )
...Show More Authors

Minister Yacoub Ben Keles distinguished himself with leadership and administrative talents, as well as his abilities in the field of jurisprudence, which made him the top political, administrative and cultural scene of the Fatimid state and left its mark on it by influencing its fateful decisions.
He was the son of Kels of the Jews of Baghdad, where he learned writing and arithmetic, and moved with his father to Syria and then carried him to Egypt.
Egypt embraced the son of Kels, living in a transitional period from the Achaishid era to the Fatimid period. Both these two covenants reconciled this man to his career until he became minister in the Fatimids in 368 A.H. / 978 A.D.
His character was overshadowed by most of the state'

Determine the best model to predict the consumption of electric energy in the southern region
...Show More Authors

Abstract:

Interest in the topic of prediction has increased in recent years and appeared modern methods such as Artificial Neural Networks models, if these methods are able to learn and adapt self with any model, and does not require assumptions on the nature of the time series. On the other hand, the methods currently used to predict the classic method such as Box-Jenkins may be difficult to diagnose chain and modeling because they assume strict conditions.
