The effect of 410nm with 100 mW output power and one centimetre spot size (0.128 W/cm2 power density) Diode laser irradiation at different exposure times on the growth of Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated. Seventy swap samples were collected from burn and infected wounds of 35 patients admitted to the burn-wound unit in Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad during the period from December 2014 to February 2015. These bacteria were isolated and identified depending on their growth on selective media, cultural characteristics, Gram stain morphology and biochemical tests and finally were confirmed by Vitek 2 compact system test .Susceptibility of bacterial isolates to 15antibiotics was tested using the disk diffusion method. Bacterial standard suspension of 108 cell/ml was prepared for P. aeruginosa and S. aureus. Dilutions of 10-6 cell/ml for P. aeruginosa and 10-5 cell/ml for S. aureus were selected. Ten replicates were used for each experimental group. Following irradiation, CFU/ml was calculated, and antibiotic susceptibility test was performed for the most resistant isolate for each bacterial species. From the results, it was found that out of the 70 samples, 17 isolates (24.3%) were P. aeruginosa and 9 isolates (12.9%) were S. aureus. Antibiotic susceptibility test showed that all isolates of P. aeruginosa and S. aureus were multidrug resistant. It was shown that laser irradiation did not affect the susceptibility of P. aeruginosa isolate to all antibiotics tested. However, a slight increase in the susceptibility of S. aureus isolate to Ampicillin/Cloxacillin, Tetracycline and Vancomycin was observed. Laser Irradiation experiments showed that the number of CFU/ml of P. aeruginosa and S. aureus was significantly reduced with increasing exposure times, reaching a100% bacterial mortality at 13 minutes for S. aureus and 19 minutes for P. aeruginosa. In conclusion, the blue laser irradiation seems to have more bactericidal effect on Gram-positive bacteria (S. aureus) than on Gram-negative (P. aeruginosa).
The current research discusses “The impact of the critical factors for the transfer of knowledge on opportunities and strategic success ", the attention have been increased on knowledge transfer and strategic success subjects because on being one of the important and contemporary issues, which have a significant impact on the existence of organizations and its future. The research aims to identify the critical factors for knowledge transfer in private high education environment which enables (the college community surveyed) to achieve strategic success, also the research sought to answer questions related to research problem by testing a number of major and minor hypothes in impact, in order to test the hypotheses I used a fiel

The study was performed to check the impact of the mucilage proportion on particle size and swelling index. Nine batches of AVR mucoadhesive microspheres were made with varying proportions of Polyacrylic acid 934P and A. indica fruit mucilage (AIFM). A central composite design with design expert software to check the impact of dependent variables (A. indica mucilage and Polyacrylic acid 934 P levels) on particle size and swelling index as a response. In contemporary cities, the expansion of the use of vehicles has led to the deterioration of the urban environment. To counter this, many concepts and strategies emerged that attempted to regulate mobility in cities and limit its effects. The concept of a "complete street" is one of the modern trends concerned with diversifying means of transportation and reducing the disadvantages of mechanical transportation methods This paper discusses the role that complete streets can play in developing the urban environment in the Alyarmok District of Baghdad, which suffers from traffic congestion and its associated problems. In this study, 104 people were surveyed in the Alyarmok region, and the linear regression method was used to analyze their op

The ageing process has been conducted on two petroleum paving asphalt cement using thin film oven test at 150, 163 and 175 C, and ageing time 5, 10,15, 20, 25 and 30 hours. The effect of ageing time and temperature on penetration, kinematic viscosity, softening point, solubility in trichloroethylene, heat loss and changes in chemical composition are investigated. The results of thin film oven test process indicte that the asphaltenes concentration of all aged asphalt increases with increasing ageing time, while the opposite was observed for polar-aromatic and naphthene-aromatic.

However, the approximation method is utilized to convert the non-autonomous model to an autonomous one by simplifying the mathematical analysis and following the dynamical behaviors. Some theoretical properties of the proposed autonomous model like the boundedness, stability, and Kolmogorov conditions are studied. This paper's analytical results demonstrate that the dynamic behaviors are globally stable and that the rescue effect improves the likelihood of coexistence compared to when there is no rescue impact. Furthermore, numerical simul

The carbon steel specimens immersed in mixture of sodium phosphate (Na2 HPO4) used as corrosion inhibitor and sodium glocunate (C6 H11 NaO7) as a scale dispersant at different concentrations (20,40, 60, 80 ppm) and at different temperature (25,50,75 and 100)ºC for (1-5) days. The corrosion inhibitors efficiency was calculated by using uninhibited and inhibited water to give 98.1%. The result of these investigations indicate that the corrosion rate decreases with the increase the corrosion inhibitors concentration at 80 ppm and at 100ºC for 5 days, (i.e,
