Background: Pilonidal sinus is a recurrence pathology that affects the gluteal area, cleft part of it. It affects many parts but mainly the sacral area and may present with various forms; from the asymptomatic cyst to severe infection in a form of painful abscess or sinus. The treatment of pilonidal sinus ranges from observation with good hygiene to excision of the sinus left wide incision. Recurrence may follow the excisional procedure and may need more operations. Many conservative ways had been used for the management of the sinus; laser (phototherapy) is one kind that may use. this paper aims to test the efficiency of the laser (diode 980nm) in the treatment of the sinus. material: a study of forty-seven patients complaining of the simple pilonidal sinus was managed with laser radiation of diode 980nm, ages of the patients 17- 41-year-old with a mean of 29.15 (SD ± 5.16), the length of the track between 30 mm to 70 mm. and the mean is 46.13 mm. (SD ± 10.32) all primary except 10 patients were recurrent after treatment. result: the operation was done as a day case, operation time between 6:10 to 14:10 minutes with mean 9:30 minutes. the follow-up of the patients was weekly after seen on 1st postoperative day, with no complication except one infected on 9th day after the operation, which closed on the 21st day after for 10 days with cefixime and metronidazole. the sinus closed in 6 to 30 days with a mean of 12.49. conclusion: laser radiation of diode 980nm can use with good efficacy in pilonidal disease management to avoid the excision of the sinus by conventional procedure which lead to tissues damage, and this decrease the cost, hospital stay, time to return to work, morbidity and complication, we can iterate the procedure without further damage.
The High Power Amplifiers (HPAs), which are used in wireless communication, are distinctly characterized by nonlinear properties. The linearity of the HPA can be accomplished by retreating an HPA to put it in a linear region on account of power performance loss. Meanwhile the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex signal is very rough. Therefore, it will be required a large undo to the linear action area that leads to a vital loss in power efficiency. Thereby, back-off is not a positive solution. A Simplicial Canonical Piecewise-Linear (SCPWL) model based digital predistorters are widely employed to compensating the nonlinear distortion that introduced by a HPA component in OFDM technology. In this study, culturable soil bacteria from the Dead Sea region (Jordan) were isolated and the antibacterial activity of their extracellular metabolites were evaluated. Twenty-one isolates were screened using a perpendicular-streak primary assay; three stable producers (GH-15, GH-20, GH-21) were prioritized. Cell-free supernatants were extracted with n-hexane and ethyl acetate, tested using agar well diffusion, and profiled using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) coupled with bioautography (GH-15). Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by broth microdi

Rebamipide is a poorly soluble drug of class IV of biopharmaceutical classification system (BCS).
Rebamipide is used as potent antiulcer, mucoprotective drug, by stimulating the generation of prostoglandine enhanced mucosal protection.
Rebamipide was formulated as a solid dispersion using different polymers such as pluronic F-127, PEG6000, PVP K30, and TPGS by using different preparation methods solvent evaporation, fusion, and kneading methods.
It was seen that rebamipide was successfully dispersed in a homogenous solid dispersion matrix by sol

The article reflects the results of the analysis of the use of metaphors when creating the image of the main character of the story by D. Rubina "You and me under the peach clouds" - a pet, a dog named Kondraty. Through metaphorization, the image of the dog is filled by the author with purely human qualities, thus passing into the category of a full member of the family. The article is a continuation of the study of the work of D. I. Rubina.
