Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), non-cancerous enlargement of prostate, is the most prevalent disease entity in elderly men. BPH affects 40% of men after the age of 60year worldwide. BPH causes problems for patients with significant lower urinary tract obstructive symptoms, if not responding to medical therapy, surgical intervention is instituted. One method of the treatment of symptomatic BPH is laser prostatectomy. The understanding of tissue effects by laser radiation is very important for the safe clinical application of laser. Objective: study the 2100 nm Ho: YAG laser gross tissue effects in the prostate at different laser dose settings in an vitro model prostate tissue samples harvested from same specimen of open surgery prostatectomy. Materials and methods: Specimen of same open surgery prostatectomy was sectioned into six samples preserved in 4% formalin solution. Laser irradiations were performed in ambient air at room temperature. Samples exposed to varying laser dose parameters using pulsed Ho: YAG laser. The laser settings consisted of energy per pulse (0.3, 0.5 and 1 J), and pulse repetition rate (10 and 25 Hz) in single or double pulse mode. Pulse duration was 350 μs. Laser radiation was delivered using laser fibers with an optical core diameter of 550 μm. Main evaluation criteria of the Ho::YAG laser performance in prostate tissue was made by visual gross appearance of the effects of incision, cutting, vaporization, ablation and coagulation properties. Results: high laser dose setting revealed ablation, vaporization, incision, and cutting performance. Also there was clear evidence of coagulation zone. There was no clear appearance of carbonization. Sometimes minimum carbonization effect noticed. Ablation of prostate tissue was achieved by low dose setting. High and Low settings were responsible for coagulation effect. Conclusion: different dose parameters including energy per pulse, pulse repetition rate and in single or double pulse mode provide an effective way for ablation, vaporization, incision, cutting and coagulation effects in the prostate tissue.
Abstract:
Research Topic: Ruling on the sale of big data
Its objectives: a statement of what it is, importance, source and governance.
The methodology of the curriculum is inductive, comparative and critical
One of the most important results: it is not permissible to attack it and it is a valuable money, and it is permissible to sell big data as long as it does not contain data to users who are not satisfied with selling it
Recommendation: Follow-up of studies dealing with the provisions of the issue

ABSTRACT: BACKGROUND: Arthroscopic knee surgeries are performed in very large numbers worldwide, and in spite of relatively low complication rate, but the total number is significant. Some of these complications are due to tourniquet use and can be serious. OBJECTIVE: Is to asses if automated pump (with or without) dilute epinephrine saline irrigation can replace the tourniquet use in soft tissue arthroscopic knee surgeries. PATIENTS AND METHODS: 36 patients (9 females 25 % and 27 males 75 %) were included in this prospective experimental nonrandomized study, and were necessitated soft tissue arthroscopic knee surgeries. Patients were divided into two groups, in group A (patients) tourniquet and automated pump were used. In group B (18 pati

Show MoreIn The Bluest Eye (1970) , Toni Morrison addresses a timeless problem of white racial dominance in the United States and points to the impact it has on the life of black females growing up in the 1930's. Morrison in this novel explores how Western standards of ideal beauty are created and propagated with and among the black community. The novel not only portrays the lives of those whose dark skinned and negroid features blight their lives; it also shows how the standards of white beauty are imposed on black youth to cause a damage of one's self-love and esteem which usually occurs when beauty goes unrecognized
At the level of both individuals and companies, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) get a wide range of applications and uses. Sensors are used in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, transportation, health, and many more. Many technologies, such as wireless communication protocols, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, mobile computing, and other emerging technologies, are connected to the usage of sensors. In many circumstances, this contact necessitates the transmission of crucial data, necessitating the need to protect that data from potential threats. However, as the WSN components often have constrained computation and power capabilities, protecting the communication in WSNs comes at a significant performance pena

Kurdish language multifunctional morphemes indicate the different functional morphological, syntactical, and semantic tasks of the morphemes. The present study discusses the multifunctional task of the Morpheme Le in Kurdish Language. The Morpheme Le has marginally been included in other studies, yet up to the present times, there has not been a research inclusively dedicated to thoroughly discuss and clarify its multifunctional aspects. The present study is divided into two chapters: Chapter one discusses the theoretical aspect of chapter two that is entirely concerned with the practical aspect of the morpheme Le. The first part of chapter one sheds light on the morphological aspect of the morpheme while part two discusses

The distribution of computational resources to minimize makespan and running costs is one of the disadvantages of fog computing. This paper provides a new approach for improving the task scheduling problem in a Cloud-Fog environme
