The expansion in water projects implementations in Turkey and Syria becomes of great concern to the workers in the field of water resources management in Iraq.                 The electrical characteristics of polyvinyl alcohol PVA doped with different concentrations (0, 1, 2, 3 and 4wt%) of sodium  iodide NaI powder were studied. The films are prepared using solution casting technique, in order to investigate the effect of sodium iodide NaI additions on the electrical properties of PVA host. The compound (1) was reacted with different aldehydes and ketones to give Schiff bases derivatives 2(a-j). This paper proposes feedback linearization control (FBLC) based on function approximation technique (FAT) to regulate the vibrational motion of a smart thin plate considering the effect of axial stretching.
