Theoretical defect engineering in AgBiI4 for enhanced photovoltaic performance
Silver-bismuth iodide (ABI) ternary semiconductors, such as AgBi2I7, AgBiI4, Ag2BiI5, and Ag3BiI6, have emerged as promising lead-free light absorbers for photovoltaic applications due to their favorable optoelectronic properties. Despite recent advances that have improved power conversion efficiencies from ∼1% to over 5%, ABI-based solar cells still show substantial open-circuit voltage (VOC) losses of up to ∼1 V, which significantly hinder the device performance. Factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance in software projects
Today the trend is to perform software development work via distributed geographical area among team
individual or even as an organization. However
due to the global market and international presence of many companies
there is a need to implement a global virtual teams. The global virtual team members are gradually engaged in globalized business environments across space
time and organizational boundaries via information and communication technologies. A global virtual team relies on communication
collaboration
and information exchange are the most important criteria in global virtual teams’ operations. The purpose of this paper is to answer two research questions. The first research question is to identify the factors affecting global virtual teams’ performance. A systematic literature review was conducted to answer the first research question. The second research question is on what the rank of the factor affecting the global virtual teams’ performance according to their level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. Online survey was conducted within 103 developers and IT managers from eight IT companies to answer the second research question. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS 22) was used to analyze the collected data. In this study
we investigated factors that affect global virtual teams’ performance
factors considered include cultural differences
language problems
time-zone differences
team size
technical problems
lack of trust
lack of sufficient training
and ICT problems. Also the findings indicated that lack of sufficient training is the highest level of effect on global virtual teams’ performance. On the other hand

A new, simple, sensitive and fast developed method was used for the determination of methyldopa in pure and pharmaceutical formulations by using continuous flow injection analysis. This method is based on formation a burgundy color complex between methyldopa andammonium ceric (IV) nitrate in aqueous medium using long distance chasing photometer NAG-ADF-300-2. The linear range for calibration graph was 0.05-8.3 mmol/L for cell A and 0.1-8.5 mmol/L for cell B, and LOD 952.8000 ng /200 µL for cell A and 3.3348 µg /200 µL for cell B respectively with correlation coefficient (r) 0.9994 for cell A and 0.9991 for cell B, RSD % was lower than 1 % for n=8. A simple, sensitive and rapid method was used for the estimate of: Propranolol with Bi (III) to prove the efficiency, reliability and repeatability of the long distance chasing photometer (NAG-ADF-300-2) using continuous flow injection analysis. The method is based on a reaction between propranolol and Bi (III) in an aqueous medium to obtain a yellow precipitate. Optimum parameters were studied to increase the sensitivity for the developed method. New, simple and sensitive batch and reverse FIA spectrophotometric methods for the determination of doxycycline hyclate in pure form and in pharmaceutical preparations were proposed. These methods based on oxidative coupling reaction between doxycycline hyclate and 3-methylbenzothiazolinone-2-hydrazone hydrochloride (MBTH) in the presence ammonium ceric sulfate in acidic medium, to form green water-soluble dye that is stable and has a maximum absorbance at 626 nm. Despite the antiplaque effect of mouth-rinsing with a combination composed of miswak (Salvadora persica L.) and green tea (Camellia sinensis var. assamica) extracts, no data are available regarding its effect on gingival tissue at the molecular level. This pilot study aimed to assess the effect of oral rinsing with this combination on gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) flow and IL-1β levels.
