The aim of the current research is to identify the level of administrative applications of expert systems in educational leadership departments in light of the systems approach. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive-analytical and survey method was adopted. The results showed that the level of availability of the knowledge base for expert systems in educational leadership departments (as inputs) was low. Since planned speech could be considered a form of written language, it could be inferred that there are also differences between planned speech and spontaneous speech. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has been viewed as a power affecting economic growth (EG) directly and indirectly during the past few decades. This paper reviewed an amount of researches examining the relationships between FDI and EG, especially the effects of FDI on EG, from 1994 up to 2012. The results show that the main finding of the FDI-EG relation is significantly positive, but in some cases it is negative or even null. This study has aimed to measure the relationship between the skills required for the labor market and the employment of graduates of community colleges at King Khalid University. For gathering the required data, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the faculty members of community colleges at King Khalid University in a random sample method. The chosen sample size has covered (123) individuals. Questionnaire forms have been distributed and retrieved from (117) participants.
