In the present investigation, bed porosity and solid holdup in viscous three-phase inverse fluidized bed (TPIFB) are determined for aqueous solutions of carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) system using polyethylene and polypropylene as  a particles with low-density and diameter (5 mm) in a (9.2 cm) inner diameter with height (200 cm) of vertical perspex column. A simple indirect spectrophotometric method for determination of mebendazol in pure and pharmaceutical formulation was presented in this study. UV-Visible spectrophotometry using the optimal conditions was developed for determination of mebendazole in pure drug and different preparation samples. The method is based on the oxidation of drug by nbromosuccinimide with hydrochloric acid and the left amount of oxidizing agent was determined by the reaction with tartarazine and the absorbance was measured at 428 nm. Calibration curves were linear in the range of 5 to 30 µg.mL-1 with molar absorptivity 8437.2 L.mol-1 .cm-1 . New Fourteen compounds were synthesized in four steps. The first step included synthesis of 2-biphenyl fused ring of imidazo(1,2- a)pyrimidine from the reaction of 2-aminopyrimidine and biphenyl phenacyl bromide . The second step was introduced aldehyde group from the reaction of 2-biphenyl fused rings of imidazo(1,2-a)pyrimidine with POCl3 in presence of DMF and CHCl3. 3-Carbaladehyde derivatives of fused imidazo/pyrimidine was reacted with different aromatic amines to afford new Schiff bases. These new 3- imines derivatives was reduced by using sodiumborohydride to yield another new 3-aminomethyl-2-biphenyl imidazo (1,2-a)pyrimidine derivatives in moderate yield .Some new prepared compounds were identified by melting point, FT- IR , 13C-
