The purpose of this paper is to preparing preventive exercises supported by collagen supplements and vitamin D for handball players, and identify the effect of preventive physical exercises supported by collagen supplements and vitamin D on some physical and skill abilities of handball players. The researchers used the experimental method and designed two groups, one experimental and the other control, with both pre- and post-tests, to suit the nature of the research. The research community was selected from handball players (specialized school players), numbering (14), and they were divided into two groups, each group numbering (7) players. One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: The exercises prepared by the researchers have a clear positive effect on the physical and skill abilities under study, prepared physical exercises have a clear positive effect on the physical abilities under study ,and preventive physical exercises have a clear effect on the physical and skill abilities under study. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: Adopting preventive physical exercises prepared by training researchers, and adopting preventive physical exercises to reduce injuries that players may be exposed to preventive physical exercises- collagen supplements- vitamin D in improving

The present work aimed to study the effect of Grave's disease on the different tissues and organs of the body by using Wayne Thyrotoxicosis Diagnostic Index (WTDI) and Basel Metabolic Index (BMI). Corrosion of Zn-Ni alloy coatings on stainless steel 316 SS in a chloride-sulfate bath with the addition of either triethanolamine or sucrose was examined. A constant cathode potential was used to deposit zinc-nickel alloys, while cyclic voltammetry and potentio-dynamic polarization were used to measure corrosion. In addition, scanning electron microscopy was utilized to analyse Zn-Ni alloy coating surface layers formed with¬out and with additives. The outcomes discovered that the corrosion resistance of Zn-Ni alloy coat¬ings in 3.5 % NaCl solution was highly influenced by adding triethanolamine or sucrose. Elastic electron scattering form factors, charge density distributions and charge,neutron and matter root mean square (rms) radii for P24PMg, P28PSi and P32PS nuclei arestudied using the effect of occupation numbers. Single-particle radial wave functionsof harmonic-oscillators (HO) potential are used. In general, the results of elasticcharge form factors showed good agreement with experimental data. The occupationnumbers are taken to reproduce the quantities mentioned above. The inclusion ofoccupation numbers enhances the form factors to become closer to the data. For thecalculated charge density distributions, the results show good agreement withexperimental data except the fail to produce the hump in the central region for P28PSinucleus.
