To observe the effect of media of the internal pressure on the equivalent stress distribution in the tube, an experimental study is done by constructing a testing rig to apply the hydraulic pressure and three dies are manufactured with different bulging configurations (square, cosine, and conical). In the other part, ANSYS APDL is generated to analyze the bulging process with hydraulic and rubber (natural and industrial) media. It was found that when the media is a rubber, the stress is decreased about 9.068% in case of cosine die and 5.4439% in case of conical die and 2.8544% in case of square die. A comparative investigation of the anatomical characters through a microscopical examination of the prepared transverse sections of the stem was carried out. Six plates with 32 photomicrographs were provided to convincingly show the considerable variations of anatomical characters within the nine examined species. The matrix of 18 anatomical characters which included nine quantitative and nine qualitative was applied for the clustering analysis (CA) followed by the principal component analysis (PCA) using the Multivariate Analysis of Ecological Data, PC-ORD.

EFFECT OF SPRAYING IRON AND ZINC CONCENTRATIONS IN GRAIN AND LEAF CONTENT FOR TWO VARIETIES OF WHEAT CROP

The semiconductor ZnO is one of II – VI compound group, it is prepare as thin films by using chemical spray pyrolysis technique; the films are deposited onto glass substrate at 450 °C by using aqueous zinc chloride as a spray solution of molar concentration 0.1 M/L. Sample of the prepared film is irradiating by Gamma ray using CS 137, other sample is annealed at 550°C. The structure of the irradiated and annealed films are analyzed with X-ray diffraction, the results show that the films are polycrystalline in nature with preferred (002) orientation. The general morphology of ZnO films are imaged by using the Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), it constructed from nanostructure with dimensions in order of 77 nm.

The experiment was carried out to study the effect of NPK and Inicium using two concentration for each of them 1 and 2 gm/L for NPK and 5 and 10 ml/L for Inicium on some physiological characters of Lycopersicon esculentum and mitotic division index of seedling radical apex. The results showed that all the characters increased plant height, stem diameter, leaves number, length of leaf, lobs number in one leaf, length of root and root diameter. The data showed that the percentage of cell division, mitotic division and Telophase stage increased in seedling radical apex comparison with control plants.
