This paper introduces some properties of separation axioms called α -feeble regular and α -feeble normal spaces (which are weaker than the usual axioms) by using elements of graph which are the essential parts of our α -topological spaces that we study them. Also, it presents some dependent concepts and studies their properties and some relationships between them.

Average interstellar extinction curves for Galaxy and Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) over the range of wavelengths (1100 A0 – 3200 A0) were obtained from observations via IUE satellite. The two extinctions of our galaxy and LMC are normalized to Av=0 and E (B-V)=1, to meat standard criteria. It is found that the differences between the two extinction curves appeared obviously at the middle and far ultraviolet regions due to the presence of different populations of small grains, which have very little contribution at longer wavelengths. Using new IUE-Reduction techniques lead to more accurate result.

This presented study is to makecomparison of cross sections to produce 18F , 82Sr and68Ge via different reactions with particle incident energy up to 60 MeV as a part of systematic studies on particle-induced activations on enriched natNe, natRb, natGa 18O,85Rb, and 69Ga targets, theoretical calculation of production yield, calculation of requiredtarget and suggestion of optimum reaction to produce: Fluorine-18 , Strontium-82 andGermanium-68 touse in Hybrid Machines PET/CT Scanners.

The goal of the research is to find the optimization in the test of the appropriate cross-over design for the experiment that the researcher is carrying out (under assumption that there are carry-over effects of the treatments) to posterior periods after the application period (which is often assumed to be the first period). Eprospective study undertaken between January 2007 and January 2011, 58 consecutive cases with compound tibial shaft fractures. All fractures were stabilized by external fixator device AO/ASIF type after failed the manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) to restore the osseous alignment. In 32 patients cancellous bone graft were used from the upper part of the tibia to enhance healing process, all these patients were followed for an average of 8–12 months. Our findings showed that stabilization of the fracture shaft tibia by external fixation with cancellous bone graft had significantly better result, than external fixation alone.
