أن إحدى اكبر مشاكل الصحة العالمية هي ظهور مقاومة الميكروبية للأدوية الشائعة لذلك هناك حاجة ملحة لمضادات جرثومية جديدة ذات نشاط أحيائي معزز .في هذا الدراسة, تم تحضير خمسة مشتقات جديدة من الكينولين  A,B,C,D  وEكمضادات جرثومية. تم فحص بنية المركبات المحضرة باستخدام  UV light , FTIR NMR  . تم استخدام طريقة الانتشار بالحفر في الطبق لاختبار الخصائص المضادة للبكتريا للمركبات المحضرة في المختبر ضد نوعين من البكتريا الموجبة

This paper proposes a neuro-fuzzy system to model β-glucosidase activity based on the reaction’s pH level and temperature. The developed fuzzy inference system includes two input variables (pH level and temperature) and one output (enzyme activity). The multi-input fuzzy inference system was developed in two stages: first, developing a single input-single output fuzzy inference system for each input variable (pH, temperature) separately, using the robust adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) approach. The neural network learning techniques were used to tune the membership functions based on previously published experimental data for β-glucosidase. A hydraulic platform was manufactured to serve palm trees and to enhance palm tree services, with a height of 12 meters, by the General Company for Hydraulic Industries, one of the Ministry of Industry's formations.      The radio drama is considered to be one of the arts that is discovered after a long period of theater's discovery. Initially , it was the broad framework of the theater's work when radio was broadcasting the shows on the huge theaters. This beginning encouraged many of the radio specialists to correlate plays with radio and make a novice and distinctive type of art. Thus, radio drama made its first step including the following   ( plays, short and long series drama as well as other types of radio arts). Because of the above mentioned , the researcher is stimulating  to study directing techniques to process the radio drama script ( Khata'a play as a sample).
