In this paper we define and study new concepts of fibrewise topological spaces over B namely, fibrewise near compact and fibrewise locally near compact spaces, which are generalizations of well-known concepts near compact and locally near compact topological spaces. Moreover, we study relationships between fibrewise near compact (resp., fibrewise locally near compact) spaces and some fibrewise near separation axioms.

In this work, an experimental research on a low voltage DC magnetron plasma sputtering (0-650) volt is used for coating gold on a glass substrate at a constant pressure of argon gas 0.2 mbar and deposition time of 30 seconds. We focused on the effects of operating conditions for the system such as, electrode separation and sputtering current on coated samples under the influence of magnetic flux. The study aimed to examine the molecular characterization of 16Sr RNA gene in some streptococcus species isolates from mozzarella soft cheese in Baghdad city Methods: From 50 samples, 8 isolates in all were found and identified based on the VITEK, molecular, and sequencing of the 16SrRNA gene.
