This research is divided into a process of classifying and filtering most of the studies that dealt with sustainable professional development and dividing them into several sections to determine the categories for which sustainable professional development is measured, which categories did not address it, the extent to which the samples deal with and their number of the target variable, as well as the variables that suit sustainable professional development and the variables that did not Study it yet. And also the quality of studies in terms of the methodology used so that there is a reference for every researcher who intends to study sustainable professional development with studies, their characteristics, categories, tools and methodology followed, and the classification of studies was within five areas, which are studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and include 4 studies, and sustainable professional development studies for supervisors and managers, including 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads ،It includes 3 studies and studies that specialize in trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, and includes 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, and includes 37 studies . The classification of studies was within five areas: studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and included 4 studies, studies of sustainable professional development for supervisors and managers, which included 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads, which included 3 studies and studies that specialized in Trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, including 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, including 37 studies .
To achieve sustainability, use waste materials to make concrete to use alternative components and reduce the production of Portland cement. Lime cement was used instead of Portland cement, and 15% of the cement's weight was replaced with silica fume. Also used were eco-friendly fibers (copper fiber) made from recycled electrical. This work examines the impact of utilizing sustainable copper fiber with different aspect ratios (l/d) on some mechanical properties of high-strength green concrete. A high-strength cement mixture with a compressive strength of 65 MPa in line with ACI 211.4R was required to complete the assignment. The aim of this research is to develop mechanical properties of a new aluminium-lithium-copper alloy. This alloy prepared under control atmosphere by casting in a permanent metal mould. The microstructure was examined and mechanical properties were tested before and after heat treatment to study the influence of heat treatment on its mechanical properties including; modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, impact, and fatigue. The results showed that the modulus of elasticity of the prepared alloy is higher than standard alloy about 2%. While the alloy that heat treated for 6 h and cooled in water, then showed a higher ultimate tensile stress comparing with as-cast alloy. The homogenous heat treatment gives best fatigue
