This research is divided into a process of classifying and filtering most of the studies that dealt with sustainable professional development and dividing them into several sections to determine the categories for which sustainable professional development is measured, which categories did not address it, the extent to which the samples deal with and their number of the target variable, as well as the variables that suit sustainable professional development and the variables that did not Study it yet. And also the quality of studies in terms of the methodology used so that there is a reference for every researcher who intends to study sustainable professional development with studies, their characteristics, categories, tools and methodology followed, and the classification of studies was within five areas, which are studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and include 4 studies, and sustainable professional development studies for supervisors and managers, including 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads ،It includes 3 studies and studies that specialize in trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, and includes 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, and includes 37 studies . Objectives:
To evaluate mothers’ attitudes toward readiness for discharge care at home for a premature baby in Intensive Care Unit at teaching hospitals in Medical City Complex and to find out the relationship between mothers’ attitudes and their socio-demographic characteristics.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental study design was carried out through the period of 6th January 2020 to 2021 to 11th March 2021, to evaluate mother’s attitude toward discharge care plan for premature babies. The study carried out in Welfare Teaching Hospital, Nursing Home Hospital and Baghdad Teaching Hospital at Medical City Complex in Baghdad City on 30 mother of premature babies in neonatal intensive care units using the nonprobability sampling
Huge efforts are being made to control the spread and impacts of the coronavirus pandemic using vaccines. However, willingness to be vaccinated depends on factors beyond the availability of vaccines. The aim of this study was three-folded: to assess children’s rates of COVID-19 Vaccination as reported by parents, to explore parents’ attitudes towards children’s COVID-19 vaccination, and to examine the factors associated with parents’ hesitancy towards children’s vaccination in several countries in the Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR).
