This research is divided into a process of classifying and filtering most of the studies that dealt with sustainable professional development and dividing them into several sections to determine the categories for which sustainable professional development is measured, which categories did not address it, the extent to which the samples deal with and their number of the target variable, as well as the variables that suit sustainable professional development and the variables that did not Study it yet. And also the quality of studies in terms of the methodology used so that there is a reference for every researcher who intends to study sustainable professional development with studies, their characteristics, categories, tools and methodology followed, and the classification of studies was within five areas, which are studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and include 4 studies, and sustainable professional development studies for supervisors and managers, including 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads ،It includes 3 studies and studies that specialize in trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, and includes 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, and includes 37 studies . The present study has conducted to investigate the effect of hot aqueous extract of seeds and leaves of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) on embryonic development in Swiss albino mice morphologically , the results is showed throught dosage pregnant female orally after period 4, 8, 12days at the beginning of pregnancy by doses 100 , 200 , 300 mg/kg of body weight , the results showed normal period of pregnancy 21 days and abortion did not occur when the pregnant mice take the hot aqueous extract of leaves of fenugreek, but the pregnant mice that take the hot aqueous extract of seeds of fenugreek occurred abortion of embryos and showed some histopathological changes in ovaries and uterus such as congestion, hemorrhage, necrosis, odema,

The purpose of this study is to assess the level of moral development, spiritual intelligence, and critical thinking of nurses, and to see if there is a relationship between these constructs for them. A descriptive correlational design was used, with a sample of 102 nurses in Iran. The descriptive statistics and Pearson’s correlation were done on the survey results using SPSS (Version 24). The moral development level scores of the nurses were 34 ± 2.17, which is considered average, critical thinking was 25 ± 1.23, which is considered relatively high, and spiritual intelligence scores were 41 ± 2.75, which is considered relatively low.
