The present study aimed to investigate the possible production of Thioflavin T and the effect of NaCl concentrations and growth phases on the growth rate, doubling time and proline of C. saipanensis N. Hanagata (Scenedesmaceae, Shaerophleales). The alga was cultured in BG 11 medium and six NaCl concentrations were used in the experiments during different growth phases. The results have unveiled the presence of Triflavin T in the alga. The study results showed a growth rate decrease at all NaCl concentrations except in control treatment, while the doubling time, was recorded highest value (14 days) at the NaCl concentration of 0.08 M. The highest value of Proline (0.509 mg. Lˉ¹) was recorded at the treatment of 0.08 M of NaCl and recorded 0.3 mg. L-1 in the second phase of alga growth, and increased up to 0.695 mg. L-1in the interaction between NaCl concentrations and growth phases (0.08 M of NaCl and the second phase). The highest value of Thioflavin T (25.386 mg. Lˉ¹) was recorded at 0.005 M of NaCl and 21.937 mg. L-1 at the second phase of growth. While its concentration reaches 27. 335mg.L- in combined experiments (0.005 M of NaCl and the second phase of growth). Therefore, the results of this study unveiled the presence of Thioflavin T pigment in C. saipanensis. The NaCl concentrations and growth phases have an impact on the pigment and proline concentrations. This finding highlights the possible use of the alga to produce the Thioflavin T pigment for different purposes.
In the knowledge society, artificial intelligence (AI) forms a cornerstone of global education. This quasi-experimental study examines the impact of an Intelligent Adaptive Learning Strategy (IALS) on flexible thinking (FT) and academic achievement among 60 3rd-year undergraduate students at the College of Education/University of Baghdad (experimental n = 30; control n = 30). The IALS was implemented via an AI-supported educational platform, while the control group received conventional instruction. Post-test intervention assessments included an FT test (10 items, content validity = 0.89, Cronbach’s α = 0.87) and an achievement test (10 objective items, α = 0.85). Results revealed statistically significant superiority of the exp

Methods: A strict systematic review protocol was applied following the application of the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO). A structured search strategy, including main keywords, was defined during detailed search with the application of electronic database systems: Medline/Pubmed, EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science, and

Birds of prey (Raptors) are top predator avian species that many migrate annually through Mesopotamian marshes in southern Iraq toward their wintering grounds in Arabia and Africa, while others are breeding residents; however, information on their current status is scarce. From January 2016 to April 2019, a total of 20 field expeditions were conducted in the geographical zone of the Mesopotamian marshes, wetlands of international importance. The survey covered the Central Marshes, Al-Hammar and Hawizeh Marsh. One of the objectives of the field surveys is to list the raptors species that wintering and/or migrating through the Mesopotamian marshes and to understand their current spatial and temporal distribution. In the present study, a to

It underscores the severe consequences it poses to essential facets of human existence, including water and energy resources, agricultural production, and the broader environmental systems. Method: The abstract primarily utilizes a descriptive approach to emphasize the impact of climate change on the Middle East, particularly the Arab region. It relies on a review of existing knowledge and data related to climate change and its effects on ecosystems and drought patterns. Results: The abstract outlines the direct and indirect repercussions of climate change on human life and the environment. It draws atten

among infertile men .
Methods: A sample of 70 infertile men was investigated.
The relationship of trace elements concentration in serum and
seminal plasma was studied in relation to sperm density,
motility and sperm count.
Results: Except for Zinc the concentration of (Pb) and (Cd)
were generally higher in serum than in seminal plasma. The
mean concentration of (Zn) in seminal plasma was more than
25 times higher than in serum There were no statistical

The human blood physiology is an active system that is closely connected with environmental and lifestyle changes, which affect such processes as erythropoiesis, coagulation, platelet activity, nitric oxide (NO) signaling system, and oxygen transport. It is a synthesis of evidence based on recent research (2020-2026) on four modulators that relate to each other physically: exercise, high-altitude hypoxia, climate change-induced high and low temperatures, and consumption of non-nutritive sugar substitutes such as erythritol. Adaptive changes that are generally observed in response to exercise and altitude are increased erythropoiesis and improved vascular functions, whereas maladaptive changes, including oxidative stress, inflammator

This study aims to answer a significant problem of social sciences and philosophy: How do we construct an institutional reality such as diplomacy with an objective recognizable existence? The study assumes that the ability to build institutional reality is based on our biological capacity, as it takes different forms in all the institutions we construct. The study takes the theory of the American philosopher John Searle as an approach to examining the assumption. The study sums up important findings; cultures, although they share the biological capacity on which they produce institutional realities, differ in the form of the value standards on which the institutional realities are based. The study recommends the need of Arab social resea
