ABSTRACT

In this research been to use some of the semi-parametric methods the based on the different function penalty as well as the methods proposed by the researcher  because these methods work to estimate and variable selection of significant at once for single index model including (SCAD-NPLS method , the first proposal SCAD-MAVE method , the second proposal  ALASSO-MAVE method ) .As it has been using a method simulation time to compare between the semi-parametric estimation method studied , and various simulation experiments to identify the best method based on the comparison criteria (mean squares error(MSE) and average  mean squares error (AMSE)).

And the use

The Arab economy suffers from many structural imbalances problems which are getting complicated by the appearance of the world economic variables.

This change held risky challenges for the Arab economies in the light of unsuitable regional and international conditions. Since that it has been very essential  for the Arab experts, especially those related to economy and politics, to face those new challenges or, at least, adapt with them believing that they can have both positive and negative impacts on the Arab economy.

Performance measures are a central component of management control system, making good planning and control decisions requires information about how different subunits of organizations have performed. To be effective, performance measures (both financial and nonfinancial) must also motivate managers and employees at all levels of organization to strive to achieve organization goals.

To give aclear picture about performance must be used compound measure, that was best than single measure.

Altman model can be used as a compound performance measure that measures the performance by tied a sum of variables, due to make weight for every variable to reach for performance.

يهدف البحث الى اعداد تمرينات خاصة باستخدام طريقة التدريب التكراري لعضلات الاطراف العليا  والتعرف على تاثير هذه التمرينات باستخدام طريقة التدريب التكراري لعضلات الاطراف العليا في تطوير القوة الانفجارية وبعض متغيرات الانطلاق الميكانيكية وانجاز رمي الرمح فئة الشباب، اما عينة البحث تم اختيارها بالطريقة العمدية للاعبي فعالية رمي الرمح فئة الشباب لاندية محافظة بغداد وكان عددهم (6) لاعبين ، وبلغت عينة البحث

ان هدف هذا البحث يتمثل بيان أهمية تقدير دالة الانحدار شبه المعلميه .إذ تم استعراض بعض الطرائق شبه المعلميه مع بعض الطرائق المقترحة لتقدير دالة الانحدار , ومن ثم مقارنة هذه الطرائق من خلال أسلوب المحاكاة باستعمال توزيعات, إحجام عينات ومستويات تباين مختلفة للمتغير X , اذ تم اقتراح مقدر مدمج شبه معلمي لتقدير دالة الانحدار وقد اثبتت النتائج افضلية هذا المقدر المقترح في حالة الأنموذجين الأول والثاني, إما للأنم
