Small ring heterocycles containing nitrogen and sulfur have been under investigation for a long time because of their important medicinal properties. Among the wide range of heterocycles explored to develop pharmaceutically important molecules, thiadiazoles had played an important role in medicinal chemistry. A survey of literature had shown that compounds having thiadiazole nucleus possess a broad range of biological activities such as anti-inflammatory (1), antibacterial (2), and antifungal activities (3). Thiazine-4-one and their derivatives are import classes of compounds in organic and medicinal chemistry. Toxoplasmosis is a parasitic infection that triggers immune cells to produce cytokines and inflammatory mediators that are responsible for abnormal or aborted immune responses. This study highlights the evaluation of the Dectin-1 receptor and cytokine IL-37 in the serum of 80 patients who had miscarried in the first trimester and were infected with toxoplasmosis, as well as 40 pregnant women in the first trimester who had a successful pregnancy (control groups). The current work reports a new Schiff base [N1-benzylidenebenezene-1,2-diamine(L) = C20H16N2] has been synthesized from benzaldehyde (C6H5CHO) and O- aminoaniline (O-C6H4(NH2)2. Metal mixed ligand complexes of the Schiff base were prepared from chloride salts of Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) in ethanol and 8-hydroxyquinoline(8HQ)(C9H7NO) containing sodium hydroxide. The aim of this study is to show the concepts of nuclear shape and the geometrical picture to the even-even nuclei of 164,166,168E isotopes in the context of the Interacting boson Model IBM-1. The energy spectra were calculated and the effective charge values (eB) of the electromagnetic transition strength were obtained and used to calculate the B(E2) values of the electromagnetic transitions and the quadrupole moment Q of 2+ -states.
