Despite the great economic and commercial importance given to real estate by virtue of its view of the landscape or public roads, US courts have differed in their position on compensation for damages resulting from blocking that view or vision by public projects. Some courts compensated for such damages, other courts approved such compensation. Hence, this research came to shed light on the extent of the possibility of compensation for blocking the view or vision as a result of public projects, and the research has supported us with many judicial decisions.

This research aims to solve a problem in the field of accounting and financial knowledge in the world today, that is, the problem of creative accounting. Especially after the global financial crisis and the collapse of many large companies in the world, people find that they use creative accounting methods to distinguish them from reality, showing the results of their activities and their financial status. تم في هذا البحث دراسة الطرائق اللامعلمية الرتيبة لتقدير دالة الأنحدار اللامعلمي، ومعالجة القيم الشاذة الموجودة في دالة الأنحدار اللامعلمي لجعل الدالة رتيبة (متزايدة أو متناقصة).

لذا سنقوم أولاً بتقدير دالة الأنحدار اللامعلمي بإستخدام ممهد Kernel ومن ثم تطبيق الطرائق الرتيبة لجعل الدالة متزايدة إذ سنتناول ثلاث طرائق للتقدير:-

استهدف البحث الحالي عزل بعض الجراثيم المرضية المشتركة وشملت Listeria monocytogenes و Salmonella spp. و Brucella abortus من أنسجة أعمار مختلفة من الأغنام العواسية المحلية . أخذت عينات من الكبد والكلى والدم ومن محتويات منتصف أمعاء ثلاث مجاميع عمرية من الأغنام العواسية من مجزرة الشعلة ببغداد شملت أعمار اقل من سنة واحدة وسنة إلى سنتين وأكثر من ثلاث سنوات . بينت النتائج عزل جراثيم Listeria monocytogenes  و Salmonella spp. و  Brucella abortus من كافة المجاميع
