This paper introduce two types of edge degrees (line degree and near line degree) and total edge degrees (total line degree and total near line degree) of an edge in a fuzzy semigraph, where a fuzzy semigraph is defined as (V, σ, μ, η) defined on a semigraph G^* in which σ : V → [0, 1], μ : VxV → [0, 1] and η : X → [0, 1] satisfy the conditions that for all the vertices u, v in the vertex set,  μ(u, v) ≤ σ(u) ᴧ σ(v) and  η(e) = μ(u₁, u₂) ᴧ μ(u₂, u₃) ᴧ … ᴧ μ(u_n-1, u_n) ≤ σ(u₁) ᴧ σ(u_n), if e = (u₁, u₂, …, u_n), n ≥ 2 is an edge in the semigraph G

In this paper, a sufficient condition for stability of a system of nonlinear multi-fractional order differential equations on a finite time interval with an illustrative example, has been presented to demonstrate our result. Also, an idea to extend our result on such system on an infinite time interval is suggested.

The way used to estimate the fuzzy reliability differs according to the nature of the information of failure time which has been dealt in this research.The information of failure times has no probable distribution to explain it , in addition it has fuzzy quality.The research includes fuzzy reliability estimation of three periods ,the first one from 1986 to 2013,the second one from 2013 to 2033 while the third one from 2033 to 2066 .Four failure time have been chosen to identify the membership function of fuzzy trapezoid represented in the pervious years after taking in consideration the estimation of most researchers, proffional    geologists and the technician who is incharge of maintaining of Mosul Dam project. The concept of bipolar fuzzy ideals in a TM-algebra was introduced and some properties of these ideals are investigated. Also, a few relations between a bipolar fuzzy ideal and T-ideal are discussed. A new bipolar fuzzy set with a homomorphism of TM-algebra is defined. The Cartesian product of bipolar fuzzy T-ideals in Cartesian product TM-algebras is given.
