Synthesis and characterization of metastable phases of SnO and Sn3O4 thin films for solar cells applications
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>Meta stable phase of SnO as stoichiometric compound is deposited utilizing thermal evaporation technique under high vacuum onto glass and p-type silicon. These films are subjected to thermal treatment under oxygen for different temperatures (150,350 and 550 °C ). The Sn metal transformed to SnO at 350 oC, which was clearly seen via XRD measurements, SnO was transformed to a nonstoichiometric phase at 550 oC. AFM was used to obtain topography of the deposited films. The grains are combined compactly to form ridges and clusters along the surface of the SnO and Sn3O3 films. Films were transparent in the visible area and the values of the optical band gap for (150,350 and 550 °C ) 3.1, 2.7and 2.4 eV respectively. AFM shows that the granular size of all films increases by increasing the oxidation temperature. The PL emission results were matched the results of the optical energy gap. The solar parameters for the three phases are studied to obtain the efficiency, which were found to be 2%, 3.7%,5.1</p>

"1998 onwards, a span reporting 1000s of studies depicts the ever-increasing Schiff bases and their complexes applicability; this study genetically tests the research of the last 20 years. The variety of these molecules structural has made them obtainable for a so broad ambit for implementations of biological. They are eminent and because of this unique feature they find their position in the quantitative and qualitative calculation of metals in the aqueous medium. It demonstrated to be prominent catalysts and showed an enjoyable effect of fluorescence. Definitively, Schiff base fissures gotten situation of a unique during bio-experiments and in vitro to develop drugs with a large number of biological structures containing parasites

Comparison Between the Performance of Human Translators and AI-Supported Applications
...Show More Authors

This study aims to conduct an exhaustive comparison between the performance of human translators and artificial intelligence-powered machine translation systems, specifically examining the top three systems: Spider-AI, Metacate, and DeepL. A variety of texts from distinct categories were evaluated to gain a profound understanding of the qualitative differences, as well as the strengths and weaknesses, between human and machine translations. The results demonstrated that human translation significantly outperforms machine translation, with larger gaps in literary texts and texts characterized by high linguistic complexity. However, the performance of machine translation systems, particularly DeepL, has improved and in some contexts

VARIOUS APPLICATIONS OF CARBAZONE DERIVATIVES AND THEIR METAL COMPLEXES : A REVIEW
...Show More Authors

Carbazone Derivatives (CD) (semicarbazone, semithiocarbasone) are produced by the condensation reaction between a aldehyde (or ketone) with a carbazide derivatives (semicarbazide, semithiocarbazide). CD and their metal complexes existent a wide range of implementation that stretch from their ply in the medicinal and pharmaceutical area because of their major significant pharmacological characteristic such as anti-fungal,anti-bacterial, anti-cancer, anti-human immunodeficiency virus, anti-inflammation, anti-neoplastic,inhibition corrosion, antioxidation, antiradical. This paper reviews the definition, importance and various applications of carbazone derivatives with transitional meta

Synthesis, Characterization and Theoretical Investigation of Innovative Charge-transfer Complexes Derived from the N-phenyl 3, 4-selenadiazo Benzophenone Imine
...Show More Authors

In the current study, a direct method was used to create a new series of charge-transfer complexes of chemicals. In a good yield, new charge-transfer complexes were produced when different quinones reacted with acetonitrile as solvent in a 1:1 mole ratio with N-phenyl-3,4-selenadiazo benzophenone imine. By using analysis techniques like UV, IR, and 1H, 13C-NMR, every substance was recognized. The analysis's results matched the chemical structures proposed for the synthesized substances. Functional theory of density (DFT)
has been used to analyze the molecular structure of the produced Charge-Transfer Complexes, and the energy gap, HOMO surfaces, and LUMO surfaces have all been created throughout the geometry optimization process ut

Effect of Red Laser Irradiation on The Optical Properties of Cobalt oxide (CoO2) Thin Films deposited via Semi-Computerized Spraying Technique
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>The existing investigation explains the consequence of irradiation of red laser on the optic properties of (CoO2) films. The film was equipped by the utilization of semi-computerized spray pyrolysis technique (SCSPT), it is the first time that this technique is used in the preparation and irradiation using a laser in this technique. From the XRD analysis, the crystalline existence with trigonal crystal system was when the received films were processed by continuous red laser (700 nm) with power (>1000mW)for different laser irradiation time using different number of times a laser scan (0, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 times) with total irradiation time(0,30,45,60,75,90 mi</p> ... Optimum Conditions for Pyomelanin Production and Characterization from Local Isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
...Show More Authors

Nowadays, there is increased interest in the biosynthesis of microbial melanin related to their numerous biological functions and applications in many fields, especially in medical fields, including immune-modulating, antimicrobial antibiotic, antiviral antivenin, anticancer, antitumor activity, and anti-biofilm activity. Pyomelanin is a hydrophobic macromolecule that is typically dark brown or black in color, formed by the oxidative polymerization of phenolic or indolic compounds. Pyomelanin is reported to be safe for consumption, thus providing a crucial strategy for biocontrol of biofilm. Furthermore, natural pyomelanin is known as a potent antioxidant, photoprotective, and free radical scavenging. Objective: This study focuses on the
