This study has paved the way for clarifying the concept of necessity, clarifying the rhetorical component and the linguistic component, with mentioning the types of necessity in Naguib Mahfouz’s novels and stories, a procedural application of his texts, which were interconnected and woven texts, aiming to deliver a specific message to the reader, without feeling a bit bored, and reaching the recipient In a distinctive artistic manner, and the consistency between the words that led to an excellent mixture, which was produced by Naguib Mahfouz from novels and texts that express the reality of social and political life.

The study is descriptive and qualitative, and the method is analytic survey used semiotic approach.

Cytokines are signaling molecules between inflammatory cells that play a significant role in the pathogenesis of a disease. Among these cytokines are interleukins (ILs) 17A and 33, and accordingly, the current case-control study sought to investigate the role of each of the two cytokines in the risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS). Sixty-eight relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) Iraqi patients and twenty healthy individuals (control group) were enrolled. The biomarker significance of three chemokines (CXCL8, CXCL10 and CXCL16) was evaluated in sera of 45 breast cancer (BC) and 28 benign breast lesion (BBL) patients, as well as 20 control women. Clinical stage and tumor expression of estrogen (ER), progesterone (PgR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) receptors were considered in this evaluation. The results demonstrated that CXCL8, CXCL10 and CXCL16 showed a significant increased median in BC and BBL patients compared to control (CXCL8: 47.3 and 25.7 vs. 15.0; CXCL10: 37.6 and 30.7 vs. 13.1; CXCL16; 27.9 and 25.2 vs. 19.2 pg/ml, respectively).
