Two Prototypes of Transversely Excited at atmospheric pressure (TEA) Nitrogen laser systems (One Stage Blumlein Circuit and Two Stage Blumlein Circuit) were fabricated and operated. High voltage power supply with variable operating voltage (0-20 kv) and operating current (1-3A) was built and tested successfully. It illustrates the intended meaning of lamentation in English and Arabic and finds how the two languages express this purpose of poetry by analysing it socio-pragmatically adopting Searle's models (1969),and its modifications. In this paper, a new seven-parameter Mittag-Leffler function of a single com-plex variable is proposed as a generalization of the standard Mittag-Leffler function, certain generalizations of Mittag-Leffler function, hypergeometric function and confluent hypergeometric function. Certain essential analytic properties are mainly discussed, such as radius of convergence, order, type, differentiation, Mellin-Barnes integral representation and Euler transform in the complex plane.
