the dehavioural problems that have negative reflections on the personality
of the individual . the increase in the frequency and intensity of that
behavior in the daily life may lead to psychological and behavioural
disturbances, and such behaviourhas to be stooped in an early time before it

leave negative affects on the personality of the teenager which will not be

Purpose: The research aims to diagnose the current availability of knowledge workers characteristics and the role of these characteristics in knowledge acquision in the city of Sulaimaniya Directorate of Electricity, and to identify the differences between personal and occupational characteristics of a sample of research and its impact on the availability of such properties.

Design/methodology/approach :to achieve the objectives of the research questionnaire was developed especially for it and then distributed to a sample of engineers and technicians working in the Directorate of Electricity city of Sulaimaniya, where the sample of the research (52) respondents.

The refractive index sensors based on tapered optical fiber are attractive for many industries due to sensing capability in a variety of application. In this paper, we proposed a refractive index sensor based on multicore fiber (MCF) sandwiched between two standard single mode fibers (SMF). The sensor consisting of three sections, SMF- MCF-SMF is structurally simple and can be easily produced by joining these parts. The MFC contains seven cores and these cores are surrounded by a single cladding. The sensing region is obtained by tapering the MCF section where the evanescent field is generated. In this work we present a detailed study on anisotype nGe-pSi heterojunction (HJ) used as photodetector in the wavelength range (500-1100 nm). I-V characteristics in the dark and under illumination, C-V characteristics, minority carriers lifetime (MCLT), spectral responsivity, field of view, and linearity were investigated at 300K. The results showed that the detector has maximum spectral responsivity at λ=950 nm. The photo-induced open circuit voltage decay results revealed that the MCLT of HJ was around 14.4 μs
