The emergence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic, has resulted in a global health crisis leading to widespread illness, death, and daily life disruptions. Having a vaccine for COVID-19 is crucial to controlling the spread of the virus which will help to end the pandemic and restore normalcy to society. Messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules vaccine has led the way as the swift vaccine candidate for COVID-19, but it faces key probable restrictions including spontaneous deterioration. To address mRNA degradation issues, Stanford University academics and the Eterna community sponsored a Kaggle competition. This study aims to build a deep learning (DL) model which will predict deterioration rates at each base of the mRNA molecule. A sequence DL model based on a bidirectional gated recurrent unit (GRU) is implemented. The model is applied to the Stanford COVID-19 mRNA vaccine dataset to predict the mRNA sequences deterioration by predicting five reactivity values for every base in the sequence, namely reactivity values, deterioration rates at high pH, at high temperature, at high pH with Magnesium, and at high temperature with Magnesium. The Stanford COVID-19 mRNA vaccine dataset is split into the training set, validation set, and test set. The bidirectional GRU model minimizes the mean column wise root mean squared error (MCRMSE) of deterioration rates at each base of the mRNA sequence molecule with a value of 0.32086 for the test set which outperformed the winning models with a margin of (0.02112). This study would help other researchers better understand how to forecast mRNA sequence molecule properties to develop a stable COVID-19 vaccine.
In general, the importance of cluster analysis is that one can evaluate elements by clustering multiple homogeneous data; the main objective of this analysis is to collect the elements of a single, homogeneous group into different divisions, depending on many variables. This method of analysis is used to reduce data, generate hypotheses and test them, as well as predict and match models. The research aims to evaluate the fuzzy cluster analysis, which is a special case of cluster analysis, as well as to compare the two methods—classical and fuzzy cluster analysis. The research topic has been allocated to the government and private hospitals. The sampling for this research was comprised of 288 patients being treated in 10 hospitals. As t

Objective: This study sought to determine effect disruptive behavioral disorders quality of learning among school chil dren. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional design study was conducted at Baquba primary schools in Diyala Governorate, and the study period was extended from October 6th, 2024, to January 15th, 2025. A nonprobability purposive sample was used to include 275 teachers working at selected Baquba primary schools, Iraq. Data were collected using a self-admin istered questionnaire, two components of the st

The GPS technique is used in this study to produce digital elevation raster with a high level of accuracy, as reference raster, compared to the DEM datasets. Baghdad University, Al Jadriya campus, is selected as a study area. Besides, 151 reference points were created within the study area to evaluate the results based on the values of RMS.Furthermore, th

Nonetheless, relatively little attention has been paid to the predictability of such factors in determining race performance. This study seeks to fill this gap by establishing the most critical physical and physiological characteristics affecting elite hurdlers’ performance and creating a statistical model that predicts race times from the identified measurable characteristics. The study utilized a descriptive research design in-volving six elite male hurdlers, all of whom completed a battery of standardized physical and functional tests to assess their explosive lower-body strength, agility, reaction

In the symmetric group Sn, the class Cn (n odd positive integer) split into two conjugacy classes in An denoted Cn+ and Cn- . C+ and C- were used for these two parts of Cn. This work we prove that for some odd n ,the class C of 5- cycle in Sn has the property that = An n 7 and C+ has the property that each element of C+ is conjugate to its inverse, the square of each element of it is the element of C-, these results were used to prove that C+ C- = An exceptio

This research confirms the results of researches of other economies but exposes some dissimilarities as well. The principal factors of financial literacy are discovered to be government efficiency, educational level, income, economic performance and infrastructure. Both education levels and financial literacy are found to be meaningfully and positively linked to financial inclusion and savings in G20 economies
The last decade of this 20th century provides a wide spread of applications of one of the computer techniques, which is called Fuzzy Logic. This technique depends mainly on the fuzzy set theory, which is considered as a general domain with respect to the conventional set theory. This paper presents in initiative the fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic as a complete mathematics system. Here it was explained the concept of fuzzy set and defined the operations of fuzzy logic. It contains eleven operations beside the other operations which related to fuzzy algebra. Such search is considered as an enhancement for supporting the others waiting search activities in this field.
