This study deals with the region of the Babylon governorate in Iraq during the Proto-Literate and Early Dynastic periods. It is the region of the well- known ancient capital Babylon. The earlier period includes Late Uruk, Jamdat nasr, and the first epoch of the Early Dynastic period. The latter includes the second and third epochs of the Early Dynastic period. The issue of volunteerism is one of the most important issues that have become prominent in social sciences and contemporary social thought, especially as a result of the transformations and changes that the world undergoes today. The voluntary sector has become the concern of all societies and governments for its development and service to society and various sectors. The practice of women is prominent in the work of volunteerism after 2003 in Iraq, but its work face a number of obstacles and hindrance. Experimental investigations have been carried out to investigate the pH-control problems of industrial electroplating wastewater treatment plants. The accurate and sensitive PID control system could treat most problem and disturbances in the normal operation of the water treatment. However, conventional treatment was replaced by proprietary treatment agent called a QUASIL which was found to be more effective for a wide range of pH.

The research titles “Ammorrite tribes and their historical role in Mesopotamia and Levant” deals with tribe structure, nomination, political and cultural roles of these tribes in Mesopotamia and Levant, as it terminate Sumerian presence in Iraq and changed historical course and contributed in changing population landmarks and started new bright era, in addition to admitting new beliefs, gods and laws, beside ruling principles which became tribal, i.e., dynasties instead of Sumerian rulings based on religion belief.
